[Resolved]  Maruti Alto — Services for rectification of problem

With due grief, this is to bring to your notice that I have been facing severe harassment by your maruti services which compelled myself to write to you for prompt action.
Whole situation is stated as below

I have purchased my car Alto DL3CAZ1882 on end of Oct'07 from Rohan Motors, Mathura road(Authorized Maruti). From thereon itself, my vehicle is routinely serviced at their workshop only at mathura road till date.Since last two & half month, I have been facing regular problem of starting my vehicle during leaving for home after office closing time and it become very embarrassing that each time I need to take help from my colleagues for pushing if available that time or else others which resulted delay of almost 1 to 2 hours on regular basis.

I have approached Rohan motors to rectify the problem but they simply refuse to accept the same and told me that it is CNG's fault.
I than contacted my CNG installer to check and after thorough checking they confirmed me that there is absolutely no problem and given me OK report.
With this report I approached Rohan Motors again and they informed me this time that the problem may be of battery which I have replaced two weeks back only .
Afterward, I have contacted Exide battery dealer(from whom I have replaced the battery two weeks back before contacting Maruti only to get rid of the same problem) and the battery dealer also given OK report after checking.
Subsequently, I once again approached Maruti workshop and informed correctness of battery and they have started examining the vehicle and informed me that source of problem cannot be assessed since the problem is not coming at the time of their inspection and ask me to take the vehicle back and the problem may not come in future since inspection is found OK..

Two days after, the same problem come and from there itself i made a call to maruti officials and they ask me to bring the vehicle next day to workshop.
Nextday, I again leave the vehicle at their workshop and after two consecutive days working finally they told me that the problem is of self (self starter) and they need to replace the same which costs me Rs 4000/- and i readily give my acceptance to them to "go ahead" supposing that my problem at last will be eliminated . Finally I got my car on March 2nd week.
Its hardly 10days past that again the same problem gets started .

I contacted them again on 26.03.09 and on their request I leave my vehicle to workshop on 27.03.09 and in the evening I got a feedback from them that the problem cannot be identified since same is not occurring during inspection and it is absolutely fine.

With severe displeasure and disheartening to get such kind of treatment from Maruti that I never thought in my life, I asked them to drop the car at my workplace whatever is required I will do, hoping that I will get help from the maruti management to get prompt response.

With this hope, I am writing to you to rectify the problem at the earliest without any extra cost to me since i have already wasted considerable energy & money on this and please note that as of today vehicle is the utmost emergency in my day to day life and almost emergence of stated problem on regular basis ruined my life totally .

Looking forward for your prompt response to keep my faith on functioning of maruti services to their customer.
