Maruti Alto — SERVICE ISSUE

My Alto is given me Avg of 10 to 12 km./lti, car was given 2 times at Kataria Automobiles, Ahmedabad but still this problem is not resolve also not satisfied from Kataria Auto Managaer

This is to bring to your kind attention the pathetic levels of customer service provided by the service workshop of INDUS MOTORS PRIVATE LIMITED at Talap, Kannur as well as the extremely rude and arrogant behavior of their Zonal Service Manager Mr.SASHI KUMAR and Works manager Mr. ALLEN towards me. I had purchased a maruthi Alto with reg no KL 13 R 9863 with chasis no 1025537 and engine no 3446634 from Indus Motors Pvt Ltd, Kannur on14/11/2007. From the second month of ownership of the vehicle my car experienced a Knocking sound on the left side of the vehicle. I took the vehicle their workshop in Kannur and the problem was identified as a defective Axel. The same was replaced . Two months back, my car experienced the same problem again this time on the right side. The Indus motors workshop personnel identified the problem as a problem with the axel and since the product was not in stock, I was asked to wait for a week to get it replaced. In spite of repeated reminders, nothing was done to redress my complaint. Fed up with their indifference I, in spite of my busy schedule, went to the service centre personally to enquire whether the product has come. They inspected my vehicle, and to my astonishment informed me that they will not replace the axel of my car citing that a rubber bush connecting the axel was found torn. The refusal by the company to replace the part citing reasons, which is beyond my control, is totally unacceptable. Moreover, I’ am extremely annoyed and peeved by the rude and shabby treatment meted out to me by the said works manager and zonal service manager, which is totally unacceptable. This person does not have the basic dignity nor courtesy to tell their customers in a polite manner what the problem really is. This not what I expected when I bought a product of Maruthi Udyog Limited. This kind of step motherly treatment towards your small car customers will create a huge dent in the reputation that you have built up over the past several years. I therefore kindly request you to take steps to redress my complaint and take appropriate action against these erring managers at the earliest
The worse service station in chandigarh is Morden Auto there staff is very very roud to customers, they don't care about service what ever owner says don't listen to it at all. Poor sitting, poor wash room, poor wating hall, very very poor staff. unkown person every time for service i will say dam sever station ever made in chandigarh.
