I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the continual inconvenience I have faced with my recent purchase of Ertiga VXI from Maruti Indus dealership Kayamkulam.

From the very beginning, there has been confusion and delays surrounding the delivery of my vehicle. It was not delivered as initially planned and was even taken back to the dealership after delivery to complete pending...

    Bad service experience

    I am A. Venkatasubramanian, I have booked Maruti Swift Dzire Vxi on22.03.2024 vide receipt NDPKM RTGS 23-24 24 DT.22.03.2024 and paid the rest of the amount as follows
    Rs.30000 kvb
    Rs.70000 kvb
    Rs.47000 kvb
    Rs.600000 kvb on 27.03.2024 and till now I have got no communication from them.
    The car is still now not registered and they have taken my old car KA02 MF4587 and till now i have not got the old car acknowledgement.
    I have till now not got the invoice for the amount paid.
    Mr. Krishnan who is coordinating is not lifting the telephone nor answer my whatsapp messages. I am in canada.
    I want a better response from you.

      I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent repair work carried out on my car at Indus Motors, Edappallycotta, karunagappally under your insurance policy.
      On [11/12/2023], I submitted my car for repair work under your insurance claim for full left-side paintwork. The specific area needing paintwork included and they did not paint down side of car left side . However, to my dismay, upon receiving the car after two weeks, I discovered that the downside of the left-side door had not been painted at all. This is a clear case of incomplete and unsatisfactory repair work by Indus Motors.
      I request that you immediately rectify this situation by painting the downside door to match the rest of the left side paintwork. I expect this to be done at no additional cost to me, as it was part of the original agreed-upon repair and insurance claim.

        I am writing to bring to attention some significant concerns I have encountered with the delivery of the new Grand Vitara Delta model that I recently ordered from Indus Motors Pathanamthitta.

        The scheduled delivery date is December 16, 2023. Unfortunately, the vehicle did not meet the standards one would expect when receiving a new vehicle. Upon a thorough inspection, I identified several issues.objects are identified as below

        Noticeable fade and scratches on both the front and back bumpers.
        Highlighted scratches on the side areas.
        Rust is present under the vehicle and along the sides of all four-wheel rims.
        Cleanliness issues were noted within the interior.

        As a valued customer, I had anticipated receiving a new vehicle in impeccable condition. However, the mentioned issues have left me profoundly disappointed. Consequently, I decided to reject the vehicle on the day of delivery.

          Regarding tyre warranty and service

          I purchased a maruthi Wagonr car from Indus Motors Kanjirapally in March 2022.

          On 15 May 2023, my car side's tyre broke while I was running the car. I reported to the car dealer, and they took my car tyre. After two months later, they told me you can't get a warranty. because the warranty will issue the vendor's (MRF), How its possible, because i purchased the car from indus motors kanjirapally.,
          They didn't resolved my issue

              Last day my Ritz car broke down and got it serviced at Indus in Thevara. They asked me to replace the vehicle's fuel pump without fully diagnosing the complaint. The amount they said for that is Rs.28000/-. When I went out and checked the pump it was fine. So I lost faith in you. So that same day I towed the car and brought it to my place. So I request an inquiry into this.

                The KL 62 7963 Maruti Suzuki Swift dzire given to Indus service centre in Ranni for a hit repair on 23 may 2023.
                For More than 20 days car still remains there. No improvements is getting for car repairing. Making delayed by the staffs

                Kindly pls make arrangements for getting car repaired.

                  Sir, i have booked one Maruti Suzuki brezza car from thalserry Indus motors (Kannur, Thalasseri). and i have paid the full amount for the car since the loan amount is already transferred to the company account. the sales man has agreed to give the car by end of January 2024. now i already paid the full amount to them, if the same amount is in my bank account i would have got the interest for the amount in return. Now i have already paid 4 EMI for the amount also till now i didn't get the delivery. since i am an NRI i am having too much stress and mental issue due to these, because the agreed time and follow up i have done is too much. i mailed to the head office of Maruti also didn't got any reply after request follow up got one reply rom Indus Thalassery that the April month also no delivery is available. my planning for the vehicle is to get it before the tax hike. since i am Indian citizen i am abide to obey the rules for the India i am ok with the tax. and now my concern is the price hike about the Maruti. i booked on December 2022 and i am worried about the price hike now as a middle class person i am much worried please help me. also the mental stress is too much. since its a verbal confirmation that he will deliver the vehicle by january, also you know the bank will only release the money once the order form and everything is given from car company. i need urgent help on this matter. also as per the last update from stock there is no delivery for april.

                      I am disgusted and annoyed at the experience of having my vehicle serviced at Trivandrum Venpalavattom outlet. I had to incur a huge loss due to negligent behaviour of your service personnel as I had to replace my brand new 7D floor mat worth Rs5000 and repair my touch console system from elsewhere. While giving the car for service both the speakers were working fine with audio outout in excellent level. Since I got the vehicle only one speaker is audible and since I had come over to my native, I had to repair it from outside considering the long drive to my native (Imagine driving without music). In process paying a sum of 600 to get this repaired.

                      Regarding the 7D mat, all the buttons and clippings are shattered by your service personnel due to negligence and it does not stay in its place in my car. Loosing total purpose of my purchase. I want an immediate resolution and escalation on this case to be sorted out. I am also writing to Maruti and Head of Indus service for resolution

                        It regards the worst service I got from the Service center. I gave my vehicle for painting work on the 24th and promised delivery date was the 27th. The estimated amount was 5k and the actual was ~10k. 1)From the showroom I got confirmation that the vehicle was ready to deliver after 3 days of promised date .2) at the time of delivery inspection found that the painting work was not even half done (PFA) when I questioned the same Workshop manager said me that only outside of door painting can be done and he fought with me saying same. after a long fight, he did painting again and rectified it. 3)at the time of handover, the vehicle won't have any issues apart from the door and the estimated amount was 5k but at the time of delivery he said its 10k, and there were issues with the quarter panel which has not happened from my end.
                        Concerns
                        Why is extra work not informed to the customer?
                        How can they deliver the vehicle without completing the work and argue with me with wrong statements?
                        With this kind of service from an authorized dealer do I need to prefer Maruthi still or do I suggest any of my friends?
                        What compensation do I get from the dealer for wasting my time on this & moreover they didn't even guide us to the customer launch and made us wait outside the showroom.
                        My vehicle was to their painting shop which is ~6 km away 2 times because of this showroom issue and the customer needs to bare this.?
                        What action will be taken against the Showroom for this kind of pathetic service and worst behavior towards the customer when the fault happened from the showroom side?
                        The body shop manager Mr. Shinab Azeez and the service adviser Mr. Hathim and some other workers surrounded me and behave like local gundas or rowdies towards me when I pointed out the faults from their side. In my bill, I can see the first 3 items which I have not seen anywhere in my vehicle (super lubricant, Lemon gel perfume & Microfiber cloth ) and I paid for it not sure for what joy.

                          Delayed vehicle and cancelation of booking

                          I booked brezza in Indus motors last year November 12, and Iam waiting for my vehicle delivery more than 3 months and Indus motors never give any proper respond. Iam an NRE working in cruiselines USA...and I need to join back to work coming March 10. So I cancelld my booking through email and give my bank details for my advance payment back.
                          Now at a time I didn't get any proper response from Indus motors.

                            The rear tray for my maruthi suzuki brezza is not supplied till now. The car was purchased 6months ago and the concern relationship manager is not attending to the issue properly. At first discount was promised for the car and accessories and atlast he agreed on giving car cover as promotion but both was not done till now.

                              Documentation of Purchased vehicle

                              I have purchased a 2020 model Brezza zxi+ (KL09AT2685)from your Truevalue showroom Palakkad on 28 Oct 2020. Now, when I check the status of the vehicle in Mparivahan it's shown as "The searched vehicle is black listed/locked by TC office STA office, Kerala due to reason compounding ammount Lakkidi speed violation on 8th Feb 2022".

                              2. In view of the above I hope that the processing in change of RC will too late to reach me....

                              I have booked a car 4 months ago. At the time of booking you people said that you will deliver the vehicle on Oct-15-2022... Now you have changed the statement stating that the vehicles are not available to deliver. We did not expect disappointing service from your end, we have paid down payment in advance, and still you people could not deliver it on the given date, that’s poor and pathetic way of your gesture by pushing us to purchase the other variant which we did not opted for. If you can’t deliver the car then don’t take the booking you people wasted our time we could have booked from other showroom.
