I bought vehicle from indus motor from near 2months back and and was experienced a very bad, worst experience from the dse, sales team and including ccm and not further action action has been taken to situation, i have proven my compliant multiple times to team and they were totally agreeing the concern on phone calls and meetings, but they are not willing to take any action, remediation or compensation for the situation that a customer faces by their team

Indus team is a fraud business organisation, and employees are thefting from customer while buying vehicle from them...

Vehicle kl6j 3069 (Wagon r) produced your service point for 2nd service during last week. While delivery time the sales executive committed to undercoat the vehicle. This fact intimated to the service point at the time of fist free service and they told that the gun was damaged and committed to do it 2nd service. This mail is regarding a very serious issue happened at the kotakkal indus motors branch within me. Few days back i received a call regarding a cheque matter from my kotakkal executive mr. Musthafa. He said that a cheque has come from the head office which has to be in his name but as of a mistake from head office account dept. It was mentioned as customers name. Vehicle number:- kl-31-c-4547.

I had issues with the vehicle since the first year. Which i told during the free service and extended warranty period then it was not taken care. Now asking for huge amount i am not at all ready to pay and also not satisfied with the customer service. Spoke with manager abhilash, customer care manager they are least bothered about my concerns.

Vehicle not even completed 50000kms and i have paid more than 50000/- for the services.

I am not satisfied with the customer service of indus motors....

Sales Officer Mr. Binu Mathew, at Ranny: Vaniyadathu Complex, Mamukku, mob-[protected] has no manners how to talk to customers and is speaking in such a bad language on phone which has been recorded and will be taken legal action against soon. If sales is so important that doesn't mean that you should speak ### and no control over language. Why this person is speaking crab and now threatening my parents to deposit booking amount. Whereas I already informed him to ignore due to my own reasons. He is a liability to you which will definitely going to hamper your business in future also....

I brought an alto k10 from palakkad koottupatha showroom. On my first service i register a complaint about the dirt after service. This is my second service and they force me to take the date on 20/1/19and promised me to take the vehicle. But when i called them, they made excuses we'd didn't even attend the calls later. Really shame upon them. They treat customers the least....

We purchased a new car on oct.6 2018 from indus khanaghad showroom. Exactly speaking on nov.25 we happen to see that serval scratches, unusual paintings, and the rusting over the roof part. Of the vechille. When we discuss it with the concern. Authoritoes they ignore those details. And finally thalassery india team take up an initiation regarding this. We want to get the compensation for this because the indus team cheated us. They never informed us regarding the problems and damage that caused to the vechicle. On certain places the paint is totally spread.

I have an exchange swift petrol zxi+ with ma 2007 civic, i asked price for ma car 2, 50, 000 and they insecpt ma car and called me after 1 day and said that they will give me 2, 30, 000 and taken 3 thousand booking charges for new swift and 1week time they asked me that nov 8th will they can give me delivery, okay i agreed with them, yesterday was the delivery day, they called me that executive and ledears saying that they could nt give that 2, 50, 000 lakhs for ma car they can only give 1, 40, 000/- only, then why they taken booking from me? Dear team indus motors,

Most of your franchise holders demanding advance registration charges in multan, although its owners responsibility to register their vehicle.
Why customer paid them advance registration amount during booking n why bear extra 5000 to 8000 charges for register the vehicle.
If we refuse to pay them registration fee 93000 in advance they refuse to process our booking as its company policy..
Moreover the customer have to buy tracker/insurance/extended warranty one of them from showroom, if not they will not process the booking.

I am an indus customer for last 5 years.3 days ago (20/8/2018) my vehicle get damaged due to flood. I filed the complaint in [protected] and [protected]. Next day, from mavelikara showroom officials came and tow the vehicle to the showroom workshop. Till now their is no positive response from the officials about the repair of my vehicle.

2015 swift vdi covered 110000 km until last month. Now vehicle is in indus motors last 2 week due to diesel pump damage
Firstly while 10000 km covered diesel pump damaged and instaled new one
Secondly while 40000 km covered pump again damaged and installed new one
Now covered 110000 km again the pump damaged third time
We want to install new one
But indus saying they are not responsible
We had a trust in maruthi vehicle now it lost indus motors cant give an explanation against this complaint of diesel pump...

3rd service of my swift dzire was carried out at indus motors, mettukada, thycaud, trivandrum on 13mar and seat belt changed on 17 mar 18. But on 24 mar i seen that left side bumber has been damaged at bottom by hited some where. The same was not checked earlier. I am writing this complaint because of the worst experience i have faced from the indus motors private LTD dealership agastianmuzhi branch calicut. The executive named Shaiju anthony convinced me that he will be providing me the vehicle within 4 days of the booking as i was about to go abroad after that. I booked the car on friday 16th march 2018 And then i arranged the loan by myself and also i paid the downpayment amount.
