On the 8 March 2009 I was traveling with my family on Mumbai Goa highway. Suddenly my car got breakdown and somehow I manage to take it to Krupa Service Station (Maruti Authorized Service Station) at Tilori Mangoan Dist Raigad.
There they identified the problem and replaced my Rack (a part that is attach with the steering and front tyres). The Rack cost me 2, 200/- (two thousand two hundred).
Being a Maruti Authorized Service center, Krupa Service Center fitted a DUPLICATE Rack in my car. I have loaded a complain ref no[protected] which till date has not effect on Krupa Service Center.
After 300 km run my Car face the same problem and got breakdown at Belapur Mumbai highway. There I got it replaced with the original part (Rack) from some other work station. That cost me (2, 350/-). Was this information helpful? |
I am continious follow with Mr. Gagan (Service Head & Mr, MP singh But they are refusing with a answer that the part is physically diff. from the original one But we have only one part from the Factory
HOW THIS IS POSSIBLE THAT MARUTI HAS TWO DIFFERENT PART NO FOR COMPANY LINE ASSEMBLY & FOR SERVICE, IT IS CLEAR EITHER DEALER IS CHEATING WITH US & FITTING DUPLICATE PART FOR SERVICE REQUIREMENT OR ITS MARUTI SERVICE FAILER WITH CUSTOMER
