[Resolved]  Maruti Swift Dzire VDI — Delivery not made even after 4 and half Month of Booking

Hi,



With lot of frustration and disappointment I'm writing this mail. Because I

am waiting for Swift Dezire since, Mar 31 2008. i.e 4.5 months!!!. I had high regards for Maruthi Suzuki being an Indian company run by a committed Japanese, which now has shattered.



I have been using Maruthi esteem since 1995 and feeling so proud till some

time back. I was advocating many people to buy Maruthi vehicles since being

so proud and being an Indian. I can name many people who listen to my

advice and brought Maruthi Vehicle, but now I am trapped and cornered with Maruthi which, I had very high regards. Now It has became poison to me.



I have booked my Swift Dezire VDI Silky Silver color with "Kalayani Motors"
Bangalore. In the same way where I was advocating to many people to go with
Maruthi, one of my friend convinced and sold me to book in "Kalayani
Motors", Bangalore which I can rate now 0/10 in customer handling and
responding to customer. During the booking I was promised delivery by sales
(Rakesh Gowda)person in 1 month time, then that sales person resigned and
the sales department said they are not aware of the promise and Maruthi is
responsible for the delay, I was away from country around two month from
May, I tried to contact many times sales dept in Kalayani motors, sales
person (Ravi), sales manager (Puttaraju)says they don't have any tentative
dates of delivery, the very sad and frustration is sales mangers is not
ready to talk and respond, just says contact sales person, when I talk to
sales person he says talk to sales manager. They literally treating me as
"BEGGER", When I tried to contact CGM or higher authority to escalate in
"Kalayani motors" neither they don't have any response.

I am ashamed to say that Maruthi has bad dealers, where they neither don't
understand customer importance nor how to handle customers. Why "Kalayani
motors" has sales Manager, CGMs where they can not even bother to talk to
customer, instead they blame "Maruthi for everything.





Looks like you guys are taking customer for granted repeatedly and does not

showing any sign of improvising the situation. The blame game has reached

such a stage where customer like me have started black listing Maruthi as

one of the unprofessionally managed company which is showing no

respect for customer sentiments and concerns.



I am a registered member of BHP team, I have already put my situation in the
website and I will wait for your reply and take further campaign in this.

I hope Maruthi can think of the impact of this, in this competitive world.



Because of Maruthi, I am paying higher price, now and higher slaes tax,
who is responsible for this???, Becuae of your delay I have to shell out
money, most thing is there no promise of delivery yet!!!





Its been a 4 and half that I booked Swift DZire (Booked on 2nd April

- Azure Grey -VDi with Booking No - I[protected] and having a tuff time in

getting the EDD (Expected Delivery Date) from dealer or Maruthi Suzuki

itself, I think either Maruthi or Deler is testing my patience, I am running
out of my patience. Many people are laughing with me, because they make fun
out of it, since I was supporting Maruthi all the time, now I myself have
got nothing, you can think of the situation.







I'm finding hard to believe that being a such established company with so

called good practices and systems in place, you guys are not able to give a

date to your customers when they would get their vehicle delivered.



If you guys don't respond to our grievances and take corrective actions, you

would definitely loose some of the long lasting customers like me.

Maruti Suzuki Dzire Vdi — Highly unprofessional manner of dealing with customers

It is pretty much ironical that when a customer is looking for a new car, dealers and all sorts of agents just run after your life but when there is a manufacturing problem in one of your cars one cannot find a suitable email address to forward the problem and one has to contact the administration like this.This is in reference to my problem with my cars right hand sun visor and the reason why i am very much frustrated with this problem is because of the way one of your dealers i.e Rohan Motors Dehradun Service Manager Mr.Chauhan responded to my problem with the most amateur and unprofessional manner.He told me to wait for a week for a trivial problem which clearly shows the hypocritical nature of your industry.The way he dealt with my problem was as if i am obliged to him in any way, therfore i request the administration as well as the management to improve the standards of public relations in this unit.I am looking forward to a positive reply from your side, and you can freely contact me whenever needed.
I am thankful to Rohan Motors as my problem has been rectified in the minimal amount of time and expect this kind of response from your side in the future as well.

I have been using Maruthi Zen since 1999 and feeling so proud till some

time back. I was advocating many people to buy Maruthi vehicles since being

so proud and being an Indian. I can name many people who listen to my

advice and brought Maruthi Vehicle, but now I am trapped and cornered with Maruthi which, I had very high regards. Now It has became poison to me.



I have booked my Swift VDI Red color with "Cars India"
chennai through Pondicherry Booking centre. In the same way where I was advocating to many people to go with Maruthi, . During the booking (The Booking date is 24.07.09 by paying 25000 as advance) I was promised delivery by sales (Mr.Hemnath) person in 1 month time, and on 24.08.09 I had got a call from mr Hemnath that my car has been got allotted & he has asked to pay the full amount & i paid the full amount on 25.08.2009 and he said since the car is on transit you will be getting the car within 7 to 10 days time. So i had waited till 01.09.2009 and on 02.09.2009 when I called him he his saying that we cannot give any confirmation about the date, in transit they don't have any tentative
dates of delivery, the very sad and frustration is sales mangers is not

i am also planning to buy dzire but now i will be more careful espacially the delivery part,

hi mr. hedge i agree with ur frustation, even me too treated by them like u. i tell u onething go to consumer court and put case on the dealer i[censored] have proper documents and relevated things then they will pay your money and also extra money.
