Sir, i had taken delivery of the car on 19 feb. Just before the delivery i was told that to fix the mud flaps the bidding will have to be cut which was not acceptable to me for a new car. When the mud flaps were fixed, they were loose and had gaps in all four flaps. This was pointed out to the dealers who said it is a manufacturing fault. 2. While driving i felt the noise level go up due to passage of air and rain water coming on the wind shield - a safety issue. This was pointed out to vipul motors workshop sect 63 noida in the first service with no remedy. Since then i have failed to get any remedy...

Is it mandatory to pay 2% extra charge for credit card payment????

I had took new swift dzire car at that time maruti executive asked me to pay 2% extra charge on credit card payment...
At last i had done RTGS and took a delivery .

Hence i just want to know is it compulsory to give 2% extra charge for credit card payment?

On 19th March i had give a complaint but yet my issue is not resolved daily i am putting mail's them eventhough they cant reply...

So pls help me in regards......

I would like to mention here that about a month ago, I bought a car Vitara Breeza ZDI from One-up Motors (Maruti Suzuki), Alambagh, Lucknow – 226005, having Vehicle Registration No. UP 32 HQ 5615.
The very next days after delivery of the car, I noticed some cloudy parts and bubbles on the driver and co-driver door of the car. then I spoke to the car dealership about the problem they notice the problem and send my car to their Maruti Suzuki Authorised service station on 02-01-2017 for fixing the problem.

DL 9C AC 4558 CAR NO So at the time of test drive what I checked was that all four tyres was of same company and there was no bubbling issue in car but afterwards when I purchased on 22nd January 2017 at the time of delivery the four tyres was of different BRAND and there was a bubbling issue in the car So PLEASE SIR TAKE ACTION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND TR SAWHNEY EMPLOYEE DID NOT BEHAVED WITH US PROPERLY AND OUR OTHER ISSUES ....

Purchased baleno delta from nexa panchkula on 19 feb 2017 after paying 6, 11, 000. Refund of rs 7500 app has not yet been received inspite of telephonic as well as personal requests. Form 20 has also not yet been provided till today. The service of the dealer is poor. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

My car was met wd an accident on 10 dec 2016. The car was admitted for service and other mechanical work at automotive egg. Pvt ltd ambad nasik.

They told me that ur car will take 20 to 25 days for complete work.

Till date i have not received my car nor certain date for delivery.

We have one swift VDI bearing Reg no KL 17 M 6309 purchased in 2015 January from Indus Motors Muvattupuzha. Now it has been just completed two years and the running KM is around 45000/ So far we are doing services in time at the same office of indus motors muvattupuzha. Now the vehicle is showing some starting problem. While enquiring about this we came to know that it is due to the fuel pump problem. ie to be replaced immediately. As i have booked my car (Balano Delta, ray blue) on 14th of October 2016 from peaks Nexa Showroom Jammu. at the time of booking they promised me to deliver my car in the month of February 2017 but till date i have not received any call regarding delivery of my car. when ever i call them regarding inquiry of car no proper response given to me, most of the times the mobile phones of agents remain busy. i have called at least 20 times to the concerned person, but he failed to give me any proper date of deliver of my vehicle .

I had booked Vitara Brezza ZDI+ dual colour (Fiery yellow with pearl arctic white) on 7th Oct 2016, from Entel Motors, Gangtok, in the name of Mr. Dinesh Chettri.
Till date (today 09/03/2017) I have not received any information regarding the delivery of the same. It has already crossed 5 months of waiting period.
Please let me know, why I should not approach Consumer Forum against your company, for not fulfilling, the promised timely delivery of the vehicle ie. delivery within 18 months of waiting period?...
