Good evening,

I'm Srikanth from Sri Ranganatha Paduka Vidyalaya Trust. Our ECCO vehicle (TN 48BD 0513) was serviced today, but the general complaint wasn't resolved despite raising a complaint. The service centre raised a bill for ₹10, 156/- without addressing the issue. Our staff verified, and we're unhappy with the service.

The vehicle and bill are with the staff who delivered it. Please look into this matter...

Dear Maruti Authorized Service Centre Management,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received at the Classic Motor Garage in Jassur, Nurpur, Dist- Kangra.176201 Himachal Pradesh. As a loyal customer since 2003, I have always trusted Maruti's authorized service center’s for their reliable and quality service. However, my recent experience has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated.

On 30th December 2024, I submitted my vehicle ( BALENO CAR HP 38F 9700 ) for repair and service at the afore-mentioned service center. It has been 23 days since then, and shockingly, the required part is still not available with the service center. This delay is utterly unacceptable and shows a sheer lack of responsibility and dedication from a reputed Maruti authorized service center.

In the past, I have never faced any issues with their work or behavior. In fact, I used to travel all the way from Delhi to Jassur just to get my vehicle serviced because I was always satisfied with their excellent work. However, it is disheartening to see the quality of service deteriorate to such an extent that I no longer feel confident in their capabilities.

The fact that it has taken more than 20 days to procure a small part, which could have arrived from abroad in this time frame, is simply inexcusable. Their complete lack o[censored]pdate on the order status or any concrete information about the part further adds to my frustration. This shoddy service is a disgrace to Maruti's otherwise stellar reputation.

I urgently request the top management to investigate this matter and take immediate corrective action. The reputation of your service network is at stake.

Time Frame for Resolution: I expect a resolution to this issue, including the arrival and installation of the required part, no later than Thursday 23th January 2025. Failure to resolve my problem by this date will leave me no choice but to cease using Maruti services in the future.

Please ensure that the part is ordered, and my vehicle is repaired without any further delay. I sincerely hope that you can restore my faith in Maruti's service standards.

Looking forward to your prompt response and resolution regarding this matter.

      On 6th August 2024 we gave our car, swift vxi 2022 (amt) model to Maruti authorized service centre to fix the automatic gear box issue, further the centre informed us that the gear box has to be replaced .Since the car has warranty we were informed that we could claim warranty to replace the automatic gear box from the service centre's side, but after claiming for the same the centre informed us that Maruti is delaying the approval process for warranty claim because of this the service centre isn't able to fix the problem and deliver the car on time. Regarding this issue we have mailed to Maruti's customer care but we haven't yet recieved any reply from them and no action has been taken. Maruti has to speed up the process on their side and give an immediate solution for the same.
      This is not the first time I'm having this kind of experience with Maruti, It's just been 2 yrs since purchasing the car and we have faced issue with the compressor which took Maruti 1 month for service. And the same is happening again for the warranty process which is very pathetic and needs a lot more improvement.
      I don't know how Maruti could provide us with such a defective product and we are looking forward for replacement or compensation for the car from the company's side . I'm facing mental stress because of such a product, waiting for the next issue to arise. Also it's hard without this major mode of transportation for a family of 4.I know Maruti manufactures poor cars but hasn't expected such a worst quality car from them .This is a serious concern from my side for Maruti to look upon our issue and give some permanent solution for innocent customers like us who are tricked into buying such defective cars and I expect some assurance from Maruti that this kind of disappointment won't happen next time.

        We have booked TOURS in INDUS MOTORS PALAKKAD on AUGUST 3 2024 by the time of booking they assured delivery within 10 days.Later they started draging after paying full payment and to reach their month end target they availed MI for my cab without invoicing cab and still they are draging delivery of cab .
        And their service for very poor whenever I ask for update they were not failed to say lame reasons, I request maruti personnel to involve in this matter to deliver the cab at the earliest.

          My Maruti Baleno Zeta PE WE car Number MP09-CY-2326 (Car) was given for servicing on 29-Aug 2024 in response to offer call received from Mr Vishal from M/s NEXA Service Ocean Motors, Bicholi, Indore(Service centre)
          Before this servicing, Car was in very good condition and used for small distances e.g. office and marketing, except very limited trips. It was very comfortable and driving was joyful before giving for servicing on 29-Aug 2024. Which was also known to Mr. Sunil, who received the car under PICKUP and DROP facility.
          On 29-AUG-2024 at 9.37am Mr Shiva from Service centre, contacted in the morning and asking to add “AC filter cleaning, Lubricant and blower cleaning” at additional cost Rs1000/- which wasaccepted by me.
          At 10.12am Rubber cleaner 850/- was also asked to add.
          At 1.06 pm on replied of his miss- call, he informed about damage of Both front Arms along with bushes. Extra cost appx. 1800x2+100x2+ 1000 labour cost.
          It was Shocking as there was no sign at all. I requested to know details of the same. That day, Service centre could not arrange arms on the date, hence matter was postponed for next day.
          On 30-Aug-2024 Received Car at home in my absentia.
          On 31-Aug 2024 at about 2.45AM morning, We used Car to drop my Family member to Airport, Indore about 15 km from my place. SHOCKING EXPERIENCE felt by we all (wife and younger son) i.e. IRRITATING and UNCOMFORTABLE VIBRATIONS of the Car observed at about 50 km appox in NORMAL ROAD (Bitumen and Concrete) condition (between Bicholi Hapsi and Airport, Indore). My family members also objected as after spend of Rs 12100/-, the AFTER SERVICING CONDITION was DETERIORATED then BEFORE SERVICING. Such vibration may damage other connection and parts also.
          Same day I called him and he taken back the vehicle for checking but after receiving the same, no change was observed.
          Another SHOCKING advice received from Mr Shiva, he advice to change front SHOCKUPS which was fully in very good condition before servicing and we have not faced any problem in past.
          Now, this continuous expanse on a good vehicle is creating doubt of accidental handling or improper repairing done in the workshop, and expenditure and delay was imposed on us only without our fault. Which is injustice and not acceptable at all.
          Feeling cheated and I strongly request to instruct them to repair my Car at no cost to meet at least my previous condition plus satisfactory addition repair done by them.
          For that, at least give back, my additional amount of Arms replacement including labour charges. Also damaged shockups and related accessories, which are unexpectedly damaged within this service centre are to be replaced at no cost.

            I booked Alto vxi+ k10 silver on 19th april 2024 and was assured know making full payment, the delivery of the said car will be made. On 25 the april 2024, the remaining amount of Rs 4, 84, 015 was made to peaks auto jammu pvt ltd only after assurance from the concerned officials that the car is available. But I was amzed that after receiving the full amount, the tune of the peaks auto officials changed and was informed that the silver colour is not available you can choose any other colour car which I rejected outrightly and requested them to kindly make the delivery of Alto k10 vxi+ (silver colour) possible or reverse the payments made but the request was refused and and in furious tune was told to choose from the available colours or forget your money.

              1. I purchased on maruti suzuki swift zxi (car no. Wb02au0854) booked on 5.6.2023 on advance payment of rs 2, 00, 000/ & final payment of rs 6, 15, 000/ paid on 9.6.23 to the dealer m/s jyote motors (bengal) pvt ltd, southern bypass, modella high, kamalgazi sonarpur + on 4.7.23 on delvery date, counter payment of rs.1810/ 2. On 6.6.23, maruti suzyki true value tookdelivery of my old car ( wb02r3012) after fixing vlue of rs 55, 000/ to be adjusted against purchase of the car. .
              Dealer jyote motors (bengal) arena never ptransferred the declared rebate of rs 50, 000/ & maruti suzuki true value never adjusted the agreed value of rs 55, 000/ .                     My car No HR36AP0907 has been accident. I took my car at Rewari workshop on 20 Feb 2024. My car only 03 parts has been changed but extra parts has been included in the bill and extra money asked by workshop Manger Smt Manju and Surveyor Shri Vkash for their personal welfare which amount are not included in car bill.
                    Moreover, it is also informed that after that passed 16 days dispatched of my car second bill issue by Workshop Nexa Showroom, Rewari.

                      I hope this letter finds you in good health. I am writing to bring a serious matter to your attention regarding an unresolved issue with the ownership transfer of my Maruti WagonR purchased from your authorized dealer, M/s Motorcraft, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad showroom.

                      I purchased the Maruti WagonR on 21st October 2014, exchanging my old car (Maruti Alto, registration number UP 16 S 3150) through M/s Motorcraft.

                      Recently, I was shocked to discover that the ownership transfer had not been completed even after nine years. This oversight has led to legal consequences as my name is still associated with the vehicle, and I am being held liable for an accident that occurred involving the car resulting in a FIR being filed at Thana Bagpat, UP.

                      Upon contacting the police officials, I explained that I had sold the car to M/s Maruti True Value (Motorcraft). To my dismay, they informed me that the car is still registered under my name, and I am responsible for the legal ramifications.

                      Despite my continuous efforts, the Branch Head of M/s Maruti True Value, Mr. Amit Wadhwa ([protected]), has not responded to my pleas to resolve this matter with the police, even after 15 days.

                      I escalated the issue to the CEO of M/s Motorcraft, Mr. Sanjay Tyagi ([protected]), but unfortunately, he has also not responded to my requests for assistance.

                      The lack of cooperation and communication from both parties has left me with no option but to consider filing a legal case, including an FIR and Consumer Court complaint, to protect my rights.

                      I firmly believe in the reputation of Maruti Suzuki, and it pains me to see such irresponsible behavior from M/s Motorcraft. The transfer of ownership was their responsibility, and their failure to fulfill this obligation is causing undue stress and hardship to me and my family.

                      I kindly request your urgent intervention to resolve this matter and prevent the escalation of legal actions. Your assistance in expediting the ownership transfer process and rectifying this situation would be greatly appreciated. I trust that you will take prompt action to uphold the integrity of Maruti Suzuki Motors and ensure that customers are not subjected to such unethical business practices.
