[Resolved] Maruti Swift Dzire VDI — poor visibility through windscreen in rains | |||
dear sir, firsty i introduce myself. i dr arun gupta r/o 111/148, harsh nagar kanpur, up,india. sir i am the proud owner of marutisuzuki cars 5time in a row. this time i bought swift dezire vdi on 15th of jan 2010. during the first shower i realised that my wind screen gets hazy at places which clearup with the movment of viper blades and within no time it reappear on the screen. and does not go even with the ac air flow or wiping the screen with soap and water folloed by clean cloth mopping. it persist even after rain stops. for about half an hour. i visited the service centre " ktl service centre harsh nagar kanpur" firstly they were not convinced but when i demostrated them today they were in openion that wind glass need to be changed, which they will do from insurence people. my submission is that if it is a manufacting problem why should i loose my no claim bonos. kindly look into my problem at an earlist. thanking u. dr arun gupta email [protected]@yahoo.co.in Was this information helpful? | |||

Maruti Swift Dzire VDI — Technical Fault in brake shoe
My complaint is regarding technical fault in my vehicle no RJ 14 CK 6093 model maruti swift dezire vdi purchased on 15th Oct 2010 from Vipul Motors Tonk Road.After second service done from prem motors vki sikar road dated 20th dec 2010, I noticed some noise coming from front side of vehicle. Immediately I taken my vehicle to their showroom and told about the problem. After inspecting the vehicle technical support told me that the break shoe of my vehicle had torned. As on date km reading of my vehicle is 7272 kms. At this km I can’t aspect break shoes of my vehicle torned out. And the prem motors from where I had my vehicle serviced they told me that this is not our concern how the break shoe torned. Just discussed with the dealers from where you have purchased...
I have the experience of driving more than 2 lakh km.This is not my first vehicle. I have drive so many vehicle like Alto, Dezire scorpio and bolero… and I don’t think that on driving only 7000 kms break shoe will torned.I never faced such problem in any of my other vehicle. Normally I replace brake shoe after[protected] kms. Recently I had purchased New Scorpio and I wont find such problem in that………. It seems that technical fault already exist but the service supervisor check my vehicle and told me that there is no technical fault with my vehicle
