UP 53 AL 1020 manufacturing year Sept 2008 ,engine -1122692 chassis -354295 ,CC-1248 is under cashless maruti insurance having policy number[protected] from 25 September 2012 to 24 September 2013. Maruti — delivery of swift ldi
I have booked a swift ldi in Modern Automobiles, Chandigarh vide Receipt No.42794 dated 22.06.2011. I received a letter from Modern Automobiles in Oct for the delivery of vehicle. When I reached there they said the vehicle has been offered to next customer and u will get the delivery within 7-10 days. Still today I have not get any delivery of the vehicle.. Should i go to consumer court. i have purchase new shift vdi in jaipur rajasthan car within 48 hours meri car main chaltey chaltey aag lag gai car main se bahut tej dhuaa nikleney laga aur engine fail ho gaya so give me reply pl ... swift — Delivery.
I had booked a swift azure grey vxi on 24th Jun 2009, it was told by the executive Varun Motors Banjara Hills who had accepted our booking, that it would be deliver to us on 24th August 2009 and we are happy with it.The issue here is the executive from Varun Motors Banjara Hills, calls us back and says that he cannot deliver swift vxi grey colour by 24th August 2009 and also not promosing us the delivery, instead he is forcing us to take the swift vxi white colour it would be delivered in 3days and the when contacted to his phone number calls are being diverted & nobody is replying to our problem and when we have asked the same thing on paper that Varun Motors is not able to deliver Swift Grey colour, then we are ready to change the colour, but the executive is not doing, I find something fishy here.
I am very upset with Varun Motors and I did not expect this from a reputed dealer like Varun which is very famous in Hyderabad.
