Sir i renewed my insurance policy on 7/009/2022. But still now I haven't received my hard copy. When I am calling the customer service they are telling they will send it but still now i haven't received it yet.

I called customer service more than 15 times between these many days but I haven't received any resolution yet

    I had an accident in November 2022, therefore I got in touch with them to file a claim. Almost a month later they finished fixing all the damages to my car and returned it to me. A few days later I noticed that the car's air conditioning wasn't working, so I immediately contacted them about the problem.     As attached file, I have third party Insurance from HDFC ERGO till 26/05/2023 and zero debt from The Oriental Insurance till 26/05/2023, but it is showing expired on Mparivahan portal.
    Please check and update it urgently.
    The both insurance copies, RC copy, etc are attached.
    My ISSUE is not resolved since 28 day by your team. My issue was closed by your team.

      I have insurance of my maruti swift (OD05 AY 9939)new car for last two years. now on the time of my servicing at the workshop of Tushi motors, Cuttack, Khapuria they informed that the ABS wiring was damaged by rat and informed me that it could be replaced under insurance cover. i have contacted the workshop, showroom and they called me to visit the showroom. when i reach they said i should go to workshop.i contacted five persons and all the five persons gave five different opinion. lastly i contacted the incharge of insurance at the workshop and his approach was too unprofessional ans discourageing. This is the worst experience i had. please help .

        I want to take a claim for my car. I contacted DD Motors Wazirpur Body Shop team and I was told that it would take 2 to 3 days for approval. At the time of purchasing the insurance I was told that the approvals will be immediate.

        I called Maruti Insurance customer Care and I was told to contact Maruti Customer Care. I then called Maruti Customer Care and I was told to call Maruti Insurance team.

          I got my vehicle insurance renewed through khivraj motors chennai (TN-07 BV 8492 Ertiga) on 7th October 2022. Ever since the premium was paid we have been asking for a hard copy of the policy renewed to be sent to our address. The khivraj employee sri.kamalakannan who collected the check promised the hard copy will be sent couple of days. After 10 days the copy of the policy had not reached us. our enquiry with set gentlemen has revealed same was delivered at a wrong address and it is duty of the customer to search and get the copy this how the khivraj insurance is functioning ruining all the reputation of maruthi suzuki. He not only lacks courtesy but lacks in behavior also. It is the duty of the khivraj staff to fetch the policy and deliver at the customer's address.

            I re d mail stati g my comuant is resolved but I didn't get any information on the issue raised by me.pl see and revert.
            I hav been given two different amounts fr the same conditions is still not clarified.I paid amount as the renewal fell on that day.pl chk and refund excess amount paid

              Hi, am surprised to see the level of service post issuance of the policy. Not expected even from one of the best selling brand in the market. I am driving baleno for last 3 years. My insurance was about to expire, i was getting numerous calls for renewal. Even i told your caller named Mauli to call me back on 26th Sep'22 for renewal at 11:AM. Even now the insurance amount was not settled to the Sundaram Finance . I am not able to get NOC Moreover daily Rs250 is charged as parking charge in your company without disposal of the vehicle.                           But ur executive allowing some part claim expenses.

                            this is Rajat.

                            I send my vehicle Jammu body shop at Jamkash my vehicle is Alto 800 Lxi,
                            no. JK02BQ4416

                            My car is hit from behind left by another vehicle in which my rear bumper is damaged in both the lock of rear bumper is damaged,
                            Left door of front left side is also damaged, left side front rear view mirror is also damaged, left door side molding also damaged.

                            My policy is bumper to bumper.

                            When I ask the surveyor he refuses to change rear bumper.

                            He is arising unnecessary questions.
                            (His question are like that why doest not your left side rear door damaged)

                            It's our luck that we are still safe and only vehicle damaged.

                            I want all the damaged things in my claim.
                            Please do something about it and also inform me about this.

                                I bought my new age baleno from Atul Motors Jamnagar on 19/03/2022.
                                On 09/04/2022 my parked vehicle was hit by bull & passanger side doors and front wheel fender is got damaged.
                                I have handed over the car to Atul motors for insurance claim. Bajaj Allianz Surveyor has visited on 14/04/2022 and approved one door replacement and other two parts repairing.
                                I have asked service center to provide me written gaurantee on paint that it will not crack & showroom has denied for same and told that it may crack after 3 years.
                                Though authorised service not providing guarantee on repair quality I have asked Maruti & Bajaj Allianz insurance to provide replacement for all parts for my 20 days old car.
                                Since last 10 days I have not received any resolution & my car got stuck at service center.

                                  I renewed my new India insurance policy thru maruti insurance portal on 7th mar 22, the transaction was success and amount got debited. But I didn't received the insurance soft copy, so called maruti insurance customer care. They said due to some reason Renewal rejected and I will get the refund in 2 days. I waited till 16th mar 22, and called again, the executive said they will take complaint and I will get the amount in 10 to 15 days. I waited till 5th APR 22 and called again, they said they escalated the case and I will be contacted in 2 days. Nobody contacted me, and my money is stuck.
                                  I really don't understand the kind of service they are providing and the value they are giving to customer and to their money.
