My Maruthi Swift car with registration No. KL18T1625 was damaged in an accident. One side door and the same side of the bumper were damaged. When I contacted Maruthi Popular service centre at Vadakara, Kozhikode, Kerala, the concirned officials said that only bumper can be repaired under insurance claim. I have been a Maruthi Insurance customer for last six years and this is the first time I am claiming insurance. I think it is my right to get my car repaired. I request you to consider my case favourably.

    I have met with the accident with my vehicle on 9-Sep-2023, the claim was lodged by them with ICICI Lombard on 15-Sep-2023 and till date they are not able to resolve and provide me any kind of relief. When I check with them on it they are just diverting me to get in touch with the Surveyor appointed by ICICI Lombard and nothing else.
    It is very very unprofessional and unkind way of dealing with client problem. But whereas professing all kind of lies while soliciting for the Insurance policy

      Maruti Insurance is not passing on my NCB bonus despite submitting all necessary documents. They are not allowing external insurance providers to process the insurance. I raised a ticket, which was closed without resolution.

          Unclarity on issuance of policy after KYC

          As I understand now Maruti Car Insurance have made it mandatory for Car insurance owner to get KYC verified before issuing car insurance policy.
          The process takes place online.

          The thing is there are some insurance companies like HDFC, Universal, Tata that mandatorily need KYC to be verified before you can get the policy.

          So in such a case if your policy is expiring on 31 July and you renew it on 29 july...

              Sir i renewed my insurance policy on 7/009/2022. But still now I haven't received my hard copy. When I am calling the customer service they are telling they will send it but still now i haven't received it yet.

                I had an accident in November 2022, therefore I got in touch with them to file a claim. Almost a month later they finished fixing all the damages to my car and returned it to me. A few days later I noticed that the car's air conditioning wasn't working, so I immediately contacted them about the problem. They instructed me to visit the body shop so they could help me, which I did. They filled up the gas tank and assured me that the problem had been resolved. To my surprise, the following day the same problem was still present, so I contacted them again and asked them to come to pick up my car and fix the problem and leave because I have a very tight schedule at work. A few days later, the manager informed me that the problem cannot be diagnosed due to a lack of resources, so the car must be sent to the service department. When the assigned service manager called, he claimed I must pay approximately 7, 000 for the repair, which I categorically denied. They called the following day to let me know that the automobile had been fixed and will be sent to you the following day after passing various tests. and when I got it, I discovered some damage to my car.

                The entire driver seat hook is missing.
                The broken woofer wire
                The blower blades for the air conditioner are damaged.
                The left front wiper is bent
                The driver's seat adjustment cap is missing.

                  As attached file, I have third party Insurance from HDFC ERGO till 26/05/2023 and zero debt from The Oriental Insurance till 26/05/2023, but it is showing expired on Mparivahan portal.
                  Please check and update it urgently.
                  The both insurance copies, RC copy, etc are attached.
                  My ISSUE is not resolved since 28 day by your team. My issue was closed by your team.

                    I have insurance of my maruti swift (OD05 AY 9939)new car for last two years. now on the time of my servicing at the workshop of Tushi motors, Cuttack, Khapuria they informed that the ABS wiring was damaged by rat and informed me that it could be replaced under insurance cover. i have contacted the workshop, showroom and they called me to visit the showroom. when i reach they said i should go to workshop.i contacted five persons and all the five persons gave five different opinion. lastly i contacted the incharge of insurance at the workshop and his approach was too unprofessional ans discourageing. This is the worst experience i had. please help .

                      I want to take a claim for my car. I contacted DD Motors Wazirpur Body Shop team and I was told that it would take 2 to 3 days for approval. At the time of purchasing the insurance I was told that the approvals will be immediate.

                      I called Maruti Insurance customer Care and I was told to contact Maruti Customer Care. I then called Maruti Customer Care and I was told to call Maruti Insurance team.

                        I got my vehicle insurance renewed through khivraj motors chennai (TN-07 BV 8492 Ertiga) on 7th October 2022. Ever since the premium was paid we have been asking for a hard copy of the policy renewed to be sent to our address. The khivraj employee sri.kamalakannan who collected the check promised the hard copy will be sent couple of days. After 10 days the copy of the policy had not reached us. our enquiry with set gentlemen has revealed same was delivered at a wrong address and it is duty of the customer to search and get the copy this how the khivraj insurance is functioning ruining all the reputation of maruthi suzuki. He not only lacks courtesy but lacks in behavior also. It is the duty of the khivraj staff to fetch the policy and deliver at the customer's address.

                          I re d mail stati g my comuant is resolved but I didn't get any information on the issue raised by me.pl see and revert.
                          I hav been given two different amounts fr the same conditions is still not clarified.I paid amount as the renewal fell on that day.pl chk and refund excess amount paid

                            Hi, am surprised to see the level of service post issuance of the policy. Not expected even from one of the best selling brand in the market. I am driving baleno for last 3 years. My insurance was about to expire, i was getting numerous calls for renewal. Even i told your caller named Mauli to call me back on 26th Sep'22 for renewal at 11:AM. Exactly on 26th i got a call around 12 Noon, then your executive came and renewed my policy. Now, its painful for me to see such a response from Mauli, as per message premium amount is of rs 13197, but your executive taken 13407 from me. May i know the reason why they had taken extra amount from me. Its not a matter of Rs 200/-, but it clearly a fraudulent activity happened with your customer. Why extra money was charged from me.
                            I had highlighted this to Mauli on same day, and she confirmed that extra amount will be returned to me in cash tomorrow. 3 times on asking she confirmed came back with similar reply. But till date i havnt rcvd my money back. I sent her messages thrice and still my issue is un resolved. "Policy krni thi to call pe call and time per ladka b beja, jab ho gayi to uske baad..."
                            I am having whatsapp chat with me as well, if you want i can share with you in which she confirmed thrice that you will get your policy and money back tomorrow morning and then no call, no policy, no money is been sent till time.
