[Resolved] Maruti Swift VDi ABS — delay to deliver

I have booked swift vdi ABS on 15th oct of last year by paying 50, 000 INR to sarathy auto cars.. who is a maruti dealer in tiruvalla, kerala state. And the promise made by them was to deliver the car on 1st week of January this year. Till now they are not even bothered to make the delivery .. each time I call the above mentioned maruti dealer they keep repeating that the company is not dispatching the vehicles and therefore they are not being able to make the delivery How do I get a clear picture on the status of my vehicle. Also, will maruti pay me interest on the booking amount of Rs.50, 000/- for delayed delivery? Or you give me a counsel.. what to do.. should I pull out my booking and look for some other which I can avail in proper time? Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

I booked one Maruti Swift Vdi ABS on 15th October 2008 by paying Rs 50, 000 at Sarathy Autocars, Kollam on their promise to deliver the vehicle on January 5th, 2009. I made lot of complaints to them. But, there is no response from their part. So, Kindly take necessary action for delivery of vehicle.

How can you keep quite for such a long time. What time frame is mentioned on the booking receipt. I think it is a better you go for other option rather waiting for a feature which Maruti can't provide.

My friend Mrs Ruchita R. Patil, 55/8, BARC Colony, Boisar - 401504 have purchased Swift Vdi, Chasis No. 145137, Control No. 5243539, form no. 14783 from SAI SERVICE, Vasai, Dist Thane through ur sub dealer Automal, Boisar with the booking amount of Rs. 55, 000/- and received deliver after 3 months. But she did not receive any discount i.e 1. Showroom discount, 2. Loan discount, 3. accessorries Carpet, reverse horne, sunglass film etc. On first servicing, your service centre at boisar has charged Rs. 1800/- for oil, coolant, filtre replacement. How this happen. So please clear all my doubts at the earliest.

Swift VDi(ABS) — Delay of Delivery

Dear Sir/Madam

I had booked my Swift VDi (ABS), Colour AWhite, with Berkeley Automobiles Limited, #24, Industrial Area, Phase-1, Chandigarh on[protected]Receipt No. C16632).The mentioned dealer had promised me the delivery within 8 weeks But after the 5 months I have not received the car till today.So may I know the reason why it is so delayed.Please let me know the status of my car.
