I have brought maruti swift vdi at jayalakshmi automotives ongole branch the servicing of the car at Ongole is is very poor I asked for repair of horn at thetime of first service where the connection of the horn was off they conveyed that the horn is blown and asked me to replace as i was present there at the time of repair i advised them to check the connection they checked it and found that theconnection was off and again they connected it and gave me the car if i was not present over there they would ask me to pay charges for a new horn also where there would be some cooking they charged for oil changing and some miscellanius amount and sent me as i went out of the garage again the horn was not working at lieasure i submitted my vehicale for re checkup they again connected it and it worked for two days and didnt work after that i got fed up with the technicians and adjusted myself without the horn functioning at the time of my 3 service asked them to correct it they did it as soon as I left the garage it staarted to not to work iam fed up with the service with what they are giving us i have paid Rs1402.00 yesterday ie10.7.2009 and brought out thevehicale they have charged for the wheel balancing and alienment where the stearing wheel pulling to the left complaint not corrected getting fed up with the servicing department at Guntur and at Ongole please try to understand our problem I have priviously used Maruti 800 maruti zen and this my 3 vehicale Iam a maruti brand fan from 1992 on wards u may check up my job cards with the service agents regarding the complaints where this problem is repeating periodically I have given and see my car weather it is corrected mythe very next day of my purchase the horn problem started which was not permenently corrected should i hold the car or sell it out go for an other brand u may suggest on which i shall follow very much dissatisfied if possible you may engage an other service agent and satisfy us please do the need ful i[censored] dont take any action regarding this u may loose lots of customers
