[Resolved]  Maruti Swift VDI — rude attitude and threatening customer

hello sir,
yesterday i called anytime maruti to register my complaint(complaint no:795822 )aganist your dealer i.e ADARSHA MOTORS in karimnagar(andhra pradesh), while buying the vechicle he did not take our permission whether to fix central locking and full mats, by the time v came 2 showroom he already fixed these things and told us to pay da bill, so v paid da bill.. but 5 days my cousin brother purchased a swift vdi from same showroom and his mats r quite different from my vechicle, on the same day i saw 4 swift vdi got delivered they had the same swift mats which my brother got. yesterday in da evening when i registered my complaint on anytime maruti i got good response with in ten minutes i got 2 calls from ADARSHA MOTORS([protected]) i was happy but to my surprise srinivas goud no: [protected] started speaking politely after some time he statred questioning me why did i complain 2 anytimemaruti, i told him its matter of 2000rupees why shouldnt complain bcoz its my hard earned money and told him dat adarsha motors does lakhs of business you dont care about my 2000rupees, srinivaS started questioning me v gave u vechicle in 45 days as if he owned me a vechicle and giving it for free, and after that when i told him that im having right 2 complain to anytime maruti and afterall im ur customer his reply was" aap jaise 100 customers mai roj dekhte rahta huu" this all conversation happened in telugu, so he told i[censored] complain 2 company will u get mats?, its afterall ourself ADARSHA MOTORS, i thought my problem will b solved but to my surprise he indirectly threatning me, i will not leave the matter here i will have advice from my advocate and take necessary action which is needed and which is correct..
I have seen MR.JAGDISH KHATTAR speaking very politely in interviews, im having dout how did he select ADARSHA MOTORS as there dealer????????
