I had booked Maruti Swift VDI with swani Motors Ltd., jalandhar, punjab on 22th July 2011 vide SOB11000780 and I was promised delivery of the vehicle within 5-6 months. Despite my repeated follow-ups, nothing happened.
It has been more than 2 month, but I am yet to receive the delivery of vehicle. Dealer has been playing games with me, telling me that the status of my car is showing as Pending in system.
Important matter is that the car booked on 27th july,2011 has been delivered to the other party in this month.So what is this matter.Why i am not getting my car.So please take an action against swani motors otherwise i will go to Consumer Court.
I had complaint earlier also.My complaint no. is [protected].and I had also contact to[protected] and 2780056.

Maruti — not able to deliver
we transfer all the amount as per company quatation on 30/10/2009 Through RTGS.o 3/11/2009 we ask them to delivery the vechicle,But they refused us to deliver same becasue they told us the price in hike from 1/11/2009 .But we alredy paid all amount,They Refund our money . it is justice.
