[Resolved]  Maruti Swift VDI — Maruti & Dealer is not able to Deliver even after completing the waiting period

I had booked maruti swift Vdi white14th March 2011 at Hira Automobile LTD
Village Bhadak , Rajpura Patiala Road Rajpura ( Punjab) [protected],Car Booking amount is Rs 5000/-Receipt Number 3454 dated[protected]

The time of booking,He Told me that the vehicle will be deliver within 3 to 4 months i.e near about 14th July 2011

In between i have received a call from maruti regional office from Chandigarh for re-confirmation of booked car convert into in New Model then i said i have not problem with new model but the please confirm me the exact date of Delivery period, she said it will take 1 month more .

I called the dealer and some concerned person on the call answered me that vehicle will be available in Last of Oct 2011. I told her that they said they will deliver the car in 3 to 4 months and All members started making excuses that due to the demand, the car is not available.

As one of my friend booked the same car at Modern Automobiles,Chandigarh after 3 weeks from me and he got his car on committed time by the dealer .


Also if i want to the status of My car from maruti all person have single answer is its depend on dealer please contact to your dealer . Can Maruti explain me we are customer of Maruti or Dealer.

If i would be known that this can take such a long time and harassment too,Now i am stuck in between, don't know what to do!!
