[Resolved]  Maruti Swift VXI — Poor repair & Servicing

Maruti Swift Vxi Registration No. UP 32 CD 4838 Given to M/S Bright 4
Wheels, 11/CP, Vikas Nagar, Ring Road, Lucknow under Accidental claims Repairs and 4th Service on[protected]
It would not be out of place to mention that I posses to my name 8 4- wheelers ranging from PRADO, PAJERO, TATA SAFARI, HONDA ZX and down to SWIFT, ZEN, ALTO. And previously all my vehicles from maruti stables were being serviced/ repaired at M/S T.S. Motors, Lucknow without any problem.

1. The workshop has started repairs job without any communication or discussion with the owner of the vehicle
2.After not receiving any communication, I visited the workshop on[protected] and there, to my dismay, I found a mechanic piecing togather the fractured parts of rear Bumper and front Bumper was also fitted inthe car applying the same technique.
3.Mr. Avnish Pandey, Head of Body shop, told me that the vehicle is being repaired as suggested by the servayor, Mr. Ajai Kumar srivastava.
4.I questioned Mr. Avnish Pandey that why he has not communicated to me
about the way the repairs would be done and what would be available under claim and what not, prompt came the reply from him that "I am not supposed to inform or contact every customr." 5.The estimate of the claim amount to be submitted to the insurance
company was More than Rs.38000.
6. Proper repair and replacement of both the Bumpers and Bonnet was promised by him only when I was coerced to get my vehicle repaired on cash
payments. However later on he became a bit flexible and charged Rs 8000/=
as depriciation and other charges (Paid vide receipt no.653 dated[protected] and would prefer the claim to Isurance Co.
7.Moreover the quality of workmanship in Body shop is very very poor, irresponsible, highly unsatisfactory. Though I have taken the delivery of the above vehicle, but it's repair and paint is very bad. I think a road side private workshop would have given better repairs and paint and at lesser cost.
8. Lastly, I am quite unhappy with the way the people at Bright 4 wheels conducted themselves and their workmanship, if goes the way it is would leave a permanent scar on the Mauti's brand reputation.
