[Resolved]  Maruti Swift VXI — Delivery Problem

I have booked a Maruti Swift VXi without ABS vide receipt number: REC09000622 dated 25/06/2009 with customer id I[protected] through dealer Ratan Motors, Chembur, Mumbai. At the time of booking I was told that delivery would be made within 45 days (Copy of letter of committment is with me).
However, everytime I call Ratan Motors they keep repeating that the company is not despatching the vehicles and therefore they are unable to give me delivery of the same. I have talked to each and every refered responsible persons starting from the concerned booking person (A team leader of the dealer) , AGM upto the owner of the company in this regard. They are unable to tell the status of the delivery of the vechile even after 3 months of the booking.
I have registered a complain on the toll free number ([protected]) in this regard. the complain number is [protected] dated 25/08/2009.
Can somebody please advise if there is an on-line system (besides the toll free nos. which are of no help really) to check allotments/delivery status?? How do I get a clear picture on the status of my vehicle.
Also, will maruti pay me interest on the booking amount of Rs.21, 000/- for delayed delivery???
Shall i cancel the booking and go for the other car of the same segment.
I heared Maruti had served the nation nicely in the past, will this type of action considered as the good service.
I am very sorry to say that after going through this type of treatment/harasment , the craze of byeing and owning a maruti car has simply gone for a toss.
