Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice regarding the SX4 VXI (Reg no: DL2CAK6979) purchased from Competent Automobiles(Lajpat Nagar). The car was purchased on 14th Aug 2009, After 10 days of buying the car was started giving Noise from the left side same has been brought in the notice of Competent Automobiles service centre i.e. in Mehrauli at the time of first service (Mileage 1100kms), Service Manager told the problem is in Dash Board but it automatically go after some time. The car was again taken to the competent for the same problem under Running and Repair (Milage1700 kms) they were not able to fix and told that it will go after some time kindly drive the car till 5000 kms.The car was again taken for second service (Mileage 5300kms) the same problem was told and the front windshield was broken while working on the same and the same was replaced at that time but noise was not rectified.
Again the car was given to Competent on 29th march 2009 and till date the car is still with the Service Centre, Its 4th day and till date the Engineers are not able to trace the problem with the car.I tried contacting Mr. Kamal K Kumar (CEO,Competent Automobile) but he was no available and no on even bothered to give his email id or phone number.
It's a request that either replace my car or get the problem sorted on urgent basis.
