[Resolved] maruti zen estilo lxi — If car is not used for 8 or 9 days it doesn't start. | |||
Dear sir, Problem- when we not use my car for 8 days then it does not start. I am to inform you that I was purchased a new ZEN Estilo lxi from your dealer M/s Motorcraft sales pvt. ltd,S-7,site IV,Link road police station,sahibabad-201010 on 12th Feb 2010. but from starting ther is problem in my car . the vehicle had started starting problem only when it is not used for a week . i was reported to the dealer but their mechanic/ engineers could not remove the defect and every time they told something new . first time I come to know this problem in 20th march 2010 this time i make charged the battery form Maruti on road service. After this we drive car regularly But again when we not used my car for 8 days then car getting not start then i complaint about this at Motorcraft complaint details are given below. 1. On 6th March 2010- I left the car at motorcraft at 9.00 am on 6th June 2010 On 8th June 2010 at 2.00pm they send back my car and told your battery gets full discharged so we did full charged your battery and there is problem in wiring of stereo we repaired it. Now your car is OK. 2. On 20th June 2010 Now after 8th june we drive my car regularly i am having no problem but again when i did not drive my car for 8 days and after 8 days we try to start car it is getting not started. so this tme again we complaint in motorcrafe on 20th June this time i talked to MRS. Arti (Manager of Customer Care) about the problem she said i picked your car and chaked it.so on 20th June at 1.00 Pm Mr. Ramesh from motorcrft picked my car from my residence. after this they have no conversation with me. Now after 6 days we phoned to motorcraft and talk to Mr. Satpal and asked about car they told we checking your battery and it takes 48 hour to full recharging but i said u have taken 6 days why you did nothing. after it we taked to Mr. Sanjay Tyagi (GM Sales) and Mr. Rahul ( workshop GM) about the matter then he told i send back your car and i replaced my battery in your car and then you check your car will work or not and when your battery will checked i will replace it. so finally they send back my car on 25th June at 6 PM and besides this they put some dent on my car. 3. On 3rr July 2010. now again after 8 days on 3rd July we try to start my car it is getting not started so on 4th July again we talk to Mr. Rahul at 9.45 am in morning about this he told we picked your car and again we check. after waiting 3 hours again i called to mr. Rahul and told sir what you did last time problem is as it is u said i am checking your battery but you don't give any feedback about my battery then he told your battery is OK may be there is some problem in car wiring this time i will check your car wiring this is very rare problem so finding problem in detecting. So finally Mr. Suneel came at 3.oo pm and picked my car and at 6.oo pm they came back with my car and told we put off your stereo fuse may be batery current is leaked form here if again after 8 or 9 days your car will not start then again phoned we came here with my electrician and we check your car here only. then again we called to mr. Rahul he said again when your car will not start then i send my electrician with special equipment that only detect where is problem. Doing this crap they pass one month and did nothing and I am unable to use my car because every time I have to wait for 8 or 9 days to check the problem is solved or not. So I request you to depute your competent Engineer who can remove the defect as early as possible. Maruti/Zen Estilo Lxi — Authorised dealer has given old car
I have purchased a car(Zen Estilo Lxi) before one month(12th Oct'08)from Maruti authorised dealer M/s Shakumbari Automobiles, Roorkee. After one month when i have receved registration paper of car than i saw the manufacturing date of the car is 03/2008(March'2008). I was surprised to see that dealer given me old stock car. About this anybody have not informed me from dealer's side.Nither this thing was return on invoice nor anybody had told me at the time of purchase.I inform to the executives of dealer but they refused to do anything.
My complaint is, why i purchse 8 months old car. Dealer must inform me, its my decision to purchase old car or not. Its totaly misbehaviour.
Pls give me your responce as soon as possible.
