[Resolved]  Maruti Zen Estilo VXi — Car performance

I had purchased above said car from ms Swani Motors (P) Ltd., ( Dealer code 6202) 12, Feroze Gandhi Market, Ferozepur Road, Ludhiana vide invoice no. 6202-MR4CD2-280837 dated 17.10.2007, it bears chassis no. 139628 and engine no. 3263532 with very enthusiasm . The performance of vehicle is not very good, even after three services. The following short comings in the vehicle are as under :-
a) The car is bubbling at the speed of 100 km/ hr.
b) The car mileage is about 12 km / litre .
c) The suspension of vehicle is not good.
d) The wheel rims of car are very poor quality . It bends in normal running conditions, even my car never punctured in one year. Due to bending of rims, I had lost wheel cover on the way. I also call on customer care no. n get complaint no 842674 dt.09.10.08
Please rectify /replace the above shown observations so that I feel pleasure to drive Maruti car .

Maruti Zen Estilo VXi — complaint not attended

on[protected] i was comming from agra to kanpur suddenly unpleasent sound developed for 10 minutes and my car just stopping i was searching for machenic in highway i could not found after 10 min.sound automatically dissappeared as a precausional i came to 9/46, harsh nagar, kanpur ktl authorised dealer workshop where last service were made few month back the person told to come on[protected] again i went on[protected] at 11:20a.m.they diverted to free a/c free check-up camp after 1 hour certain check informed and advised to come on other working day i was unsattisfied with the system and went to the manager siting in 1st floor he also didn't bother for actual complaint which i have but suggested that 15% discount will be offered on a/c system .
i am greatly disturbed by the way ur authorised dealer behaved through their employes.everybody came on sunday seems to be passing the time with no responsebility and customer proper listening sattesfaction is far away and complaints lying at the court of customer to carry to their homes or go to market for repair. i am surprised how long maruti company will afford for such type of attitute .next year i am planning to have another car but certainly not maruti. thanks(job card number 026)

Maruti Zen Estilo VXi — regarding delivery of vehicle

sir,
I,m a regular maruti customer since 1995. Sir i have booked a new Zen Estilo vxi Model on 11/09/2009 at local Dealer SKY AUTOMOBILE ,GEEDAM ROAD ,JAGDALPUR (CHHATTISGARH).my receipt no is 144 .The local dealer has given me the delivery date on 25/09/2009.But sir they failed to deliver car on same day.Now they are not assuring me for any fix date of car delivery.Sir i have prepared my demand draft and as i am a salaried person i will be charged intrest without any means from next month. as the local dealer is not giving any positive reply regarding deliver of vihicle i decided to cancel th demand draft in favour of hundi as they are having vehicle in ready stock.Sir i request you to take personal interest regarding this case since we are regular maruti customer.within two or three days i will be compelled to cancel my DEMAND DRAFT
