Maruti/Alto — delay in settlement of insurance claim

Hello, my car Reg.No.TR01-F-0644 met with an accident on 29th Jan.'10.Next day it was placed with the local dealer,M/S Jain Udyog,AD Nagar,Agartala nd susequently all the prerequisite were fulfilled by the 1st week of March,'10. Survey decided the case as total loss nd I agreed for salvage loss settlement nd gave the undertaking in consultation with Mr Haripada Bhowmik, Manager ,Jain Udyog,Agartala.Till date I am to receive any compensation/ Communication from the insurance authority,The New India Assurance Co.Ltd.compelling me to face lot of hardship.
