    The claim was submitted to TPA MDI on 13.10.2020 for Rs.21161.00 claim no MDI 5882840, Co claim no TP[protected], MASTER Policy no[protected] and certificate no 712500/GH/FEB2020/552.
    The documents submitted were acknowledged by TPA MDI on 21.10.2020.
    In turn MDI farwarded to new India assurance for settlement.
    Now my complaint before your good selves is that for the last more than 5months has lapsed but I am not getting my claim amount reimbursed.
    Further kindly note that I have been sent several emails to MDI, Div manager NIA at Chennai, grievances cell NIA Chennai, as well as have a chat with NIA H.O. MUMBAI.
    Kindly look into the matter.
    In case you need copies of all relevant corresponds exchanged pl do write to me I m ready to send the same.
    I do hope that you will certainly help me in getting my claim amount reimbursed.

    Complaint Status

    New India Assurance customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Worst experience.Almost 12days have been passed but there is no response.
    Reason for delay is best known to cos officials

    It appears that The New India Assurance Co have not taken any action
    Please look into the matter and let me know the latest status
    It seems that the concerned authorities are not competent enough or lazy that they could not settle the claim in a span of six months.
    Really I did not expect such type of incompetent and lazy people are working in a reputed co like The New India Assurance Co Ltd.
    I would once again request you to instruct the concerned authorities to settle the claim immediately within 7days failing which I will go to appropriate court of law to recover my claim amount as well as Rs.50000.00being the compensation to wards mental harrasment
    There is no action seems to be taken by company.

      I have purchase my car insurance policy with the benefits of zero depreciation and cashless and new India took premium of that level only. But, now when I need to claim my insurance I got to know that my policy doesn't have these two benefits, I contacted the agent, he said that by mistake or because of network issue at the time of issuing the policy, these two benefits left out. However I have paid 16651 as premium amount which as per New India Company was sufficient or more than sufficient for a policy to include nil dep and cashless claim benefit. This is very disappointing for me and it seems complete fraud to me. Therefore I want you to take quick and strict action on this matter.
      I want no extra compensation but at least I should be given what I have purchased which is complete cashless claim and zero depreciation benefit.

          I had submitted my request to surrender my License with New India Assurance Co. Ltd.
          Since two months they have been delaying the process, and they are asking for Rs.5000/- to provide a cancellation letter .
          There were no such clause during the time I was appointed as Agent in the year 2002, that cancellation of Agency requires a payment of Rs.5000/-.
          I have written to them multiple times and also contacted the RO, but they were very rude while interacting .

            Hospitalisation claim of my father Mr M.C. Salian, SR. NO. 4288

              Non receipt of my mother short settlement claim till date. I at least 20-25 times make reminder to my agent and he taken follow up with HEALTH INDIA TPA service provider, but till date we haven't received any reply or payment and not answering any reply in against of our various complants.
