sheetla gas service gurgaon — very delay in delivery
Dear sir/madamI am consumer mata sheetla gas sec14. and my consumer no. is MT-1331. I have booked my gas on[protected] under docket no 7883 dt[protected].
But i have not recvied gas cylinder to my house till[protected].
I am requesting daily to the said agency by phone, but they are
failed to send a cylinder to my home without any reason for delay.
The agency persons are giving assurance to deliver within one day from[protected]. Kindly look into the matter and help us.

But i have not received my gas till to-day. Kindly look into the matter and deliver gas refill to our address as soon as possible. I shall be highly thankful for the act of kindness.

Sheetla Gas Agency — Not Booking for refilling
Dear Sir,I, satbir having an consumer connection no. 13547 with sheetla gas service, Old Delhi road, Gurgaon, HR.
I had booked an cylinder for refilling on 09 April 2008, but it was denied to book the next cylinder, stating that it was delivered on 16 April 2008 so it can not be booked. The 20 days restriction on booking is from date of booking not from the date of delivery.If delivery take place after 15- 20 days, who is at fault, I should have been getting an refilled cylinder within prescribed time. The time frame should have been from date of Booking and not from date of delivery(Delivery time may be than even two to three week)
You are requested to instruct Sheetla Gas Service staff to adhere to the instruction from IOC and book my cylinder for refilling
