[Resolved] Mata Sheetla Gas Agency Gurgaon — Non-delivery of gas refill

Respected sir,
I (Sanjeev kumar) have booked my gas refill on dated 18 jan.2011 under docket no 11396 dt 18/01/2011 against my gas consumer no. Mt-1331 at mata sheeta gas agency, delhi road, gurgaon. But i have not received my gas till to-day after reminder several times to the agency and delivery man phonically.
Kindly look into the matter and deliver gas refill to our address as soon as possible. I shall be highly thankful for the act of kindness.

Mata Sheetla Gas Agency — black marketing of LPG

I suspect there is black marketing being done by Mata sheetla gas agency and others too...they take weeks to deliver gas, deny we have made bookings, and also challenge us to make complaints...there is no response on complaint no's given by them.Where do we lodge complaints.I have seen them selling cylinders, but no proof.what does a consumer do?

I (Abhay choudhary) have booked my gas refill on dated 17 jan.2012 at mata sheeta gas agency, delhi road, gurgaon. But i have not received my gas till to-day after reminder several times to the agency and delivery man phonically.
