[Resolved]  Max Hospital — NEGLIGENCE & MISGUIDANCE

We are sorry to state about the bad state of patients at Max Hospital Noida. My grandmother has been misguided by staff at your hospital. Vikas, from marketing informed us that room is available for patient & thus we got her shifted from another hospital to Max. This is for your information that the patient is around 80 years of age and facing such problems at such age. Last evening, she had been kept out of emergency because of non-availability of room & later was admitted to emergency without any care & attention. Till now, she has not been attended at all. If this is the plight of a private hospital, I really am worried about other hospitals.
