My patient was admitted in day care but Max hospital vaishali only cares about their money. Once the patient is admitted then they will show their true behavior, negligence long waiting ques. They kept my patients for 6 hrs fasting and when we went for MRI the doctor said you can eat biscuits...so even doctors don't know the actual procedure. Now for discharge also there is no body on billing counter and now patient is really tired and we are simply helpless. I suggest you all if you have any other option then please go there and always avoid this hospital. They only need money and nothing else.

    Address:Max super speciality hospital, east block, Saket

    I want to registered complaint regarding OPD billing section at MAX Saket east block. On feb 1, 2023 they moved the entire CGHS panel from their east block building to max smart Saket, New Delhi. I had a chemotherapy scheduled for feb 15th, they did not sent any communication of this change to my registers email address or mobile number. The day we came for routine test they charged us 3 times extra which was due to non CGHS rate without even informing that they are no more taking care of CGHS billing at east block. I would like to take strict action against them and want my amount to be adjusted as per CGHS rates only. Kindly look into the matter on priority.

      I called max hospital dehradun for appointment since morning several times, no one responded for about 2hours I tried from different numbers, I myself is a Doctor working in a government hospital and am very sick, so I directly arrived at hospital and doctor is on leave, this is very disappointing, our time is as valuable as yours .
      Please kindly look into the matter

        Rajesh Sood, Coordinator of Dr. Sanjay Sachdeva has been misleading us regarding charges of surgery by overinflating the bill and shouts at patient for questioning him. He called the patient cheapster and shouted at him multiple times. He has no clarity on his facts and keeps giving wrong information and upon questioning he calls it protocol and shouts at them. Please take action against this person as he has mentally harassed my patient for a month.

          My name Ajay Dhingra I am dialaysis patient your sttaf Name Ghansgayam he came for order when I was call in kitchen so many time and after that he dined food what I want He don't have curtsy for us and he argument with other patients as well he blam every thin to afternoon staff .

          I am here from year 2020 but this is so disappointed I was expecting service from max please do need full thing .

            We got our mother admitted to the hospital on the 23rd Dec 2022 in the evening.she was admitted to ICU for 2 days and last night she was not treated properly by the night staffstaff there in NEORU ICU Max Vaishali.
            She complaint about how she was ignored and was not given blankets and also a male staff spoke rudely with her. She seems to be in trauma because of that. As children we are really upset that despite keeping her in a so-called good hospital and spending a good amount of money this is how she is treated.
            We left our mother on your staff's trust and such ridiculous behavior isn't acceptable

            We will never come her again and nor recommend anyone. .

                I went to the emergency ward of Max hospital, gurgaon after injuries from a fall. I was told to purchase ATT injection and syringe. After I got the injection, it was administered by an attending nurse after she was going around for a while with the tip of the loaded injection exposed.
                After that I was told to pay Rs150/- as adminstration charges. The patient has to buy injection, syringe and then pay for getting it injected in emergency situation. Is this how emergency is dealt with. I have been to many other hospitals during certain emergency situations but they first treat the patient and then tell them to replace the medication used. They never charge for administering injections.
                The purpose of emergency is defeated if the patient is charged like this.

                  Hi,

                  Dr Sanjay Sachdeva (Ent) and his team has been so unprofessional to there work, they have been called the patient for an appointment and then did not entertain, while prisction is considered they always use Hit and trial method and change medicine everytime before it’s due date which leads to unnecessary purchase of medicines, everytime the team says they need to confirm with dr Sanjay, but we do not receive any communication from him, overall it is such and bad experience to have a such unprofessional and irresponsible behaviour of max doctors

                    Worst hospitality
                    There is no nurse with my patient after she came from OT
                    She had her surgery but the hospitality is patetick
                    Even the doctor didnt meet the attendy or gave any of the suggestion
                    They just brought the pactient direct to the room without any conversation with us about the operation.
                    I paid first and then got start with the treatment
                    The is the worst thing ever happend
                    I will never ever suggest anybody for MAX SAKET for any kind of treatment
                    And make sure will do an action against it
                    You guys are a hospital people come here for the best treatment and you guys surve like this?
                    And the most worst part was
                    My patients surgery Doctor was Dr. Harit chaturvedi and the person who operate was Reetu Dogra.
                    Is this the way .
                    Guys ill make sure to take action against you.

                      Above subject mentioned Dr in MAX Vaishali is having a behavioural problem he doesn’t know how to behave with old and sick persons in Emergency Deptt. Such type of Doctors are the spoilers of MAx Hospital credibility.
                      Please do take strings action against such people.

                        Why fo i have to pay for the consequences for the actions of thier staff.. they do not have thier facts clear.. their miscommunication caused my patient to delay in surgery and they are charging me for the extra day services. But he had to stay for extra day due to the miscommunication of staff not us. And yet they still are not able to resolve. Asking for full payment without surgery.. only on the basis of estimation how can we pay large amount of money without even having a detailed bill.. but they are not starting the procedure without the payment. Why should i pay without having a detailed bill.
                        Also the staff (estimation incharge mr. James and duty manager miss. Nisha were rude and not available on their designated area on their work hours)
                        How should i trust a hospital having these staff dily dalying everywhere at work hours.. no management at all.

                          I am not getting any response from max hospital saket regarding refund of advance booking done at max hospital for my father knee replacement.
                          I have sent all supporting docs on [protected]@maxhealthcare.com but getting no response since month. I put up in bangalore cant visit the hospital. They asked me to send docs on email but now they have stopped responding completely...

                          There is very serious issue related to the patient care in the max hospital, patparganj. The no of nursing staff is too short for giving proper care to the patient in the wards in old building. There are mostly only 2 nurses for giving care and to complete the routine work of the patient sometimes 20 ...24 patients. This is messing with the quality of patient care.

                            I paid the consultation charges but the doctor had left by then. So i asked for refund of the amount paid. Mr. Shekhar & Mr. Harish asked me to share my pan card, aadhar card & bank account details via WhatsApp on Harish's number ([protected]). However i still haven't received the refund amount of Rs. 800. Kindly help to resolve the issue at the earliest. Also take stringent action against the two staff involved for harassing me.
