Request for refund due to misdiagnosis and subsequent tooth extraction

I am writing to formally request a refund for the root canal treatment performed on my left premolar] on 23 - Jul 2024 at Max superspecialist Hospital sector 128 Noida. At the time, the tooth was diagnosed as having a single root canal, and treatment was carried out accordingly by Dr Kirti.

Dear Max Healthcare Management,

I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional handling of my refund request at Max Super Speciality Hospital, Dwarka.

On 8th March 2025, I had an appointment and paid ₹1, 200 in advance at automatic KIOSK machine with the help of one of the billing staff. However, due to a system error, I was told that the payment is not reflecting, and I was forced to pay ₹1, 200 again. The billing staff assured me that the extra payment would be refunded within 48 hours, blaming the weekend for the delay.

It has now been several days, and I have not received my refund. When I followed up again with the billing staff Mr sanid Sharma at the billing counter, he was least cooperative, dismissive, and even joked that this is a common issue. This level of negligence and casual attitude towards financial matters is unacceptable for a reputed healthcare institution.

      I m CGHS beneficiary under ministry of Health. 14 Feb my mother has respiratory issues. She was admitted in same hospital in dec 25 and getting continued treatment last 3 year. But due to CGHS patients refused for admission. After call and request they were agree for admission. But not give entailed bed. I m eligible for credit facility but hospital charge bill cash .

        Today my father went to hospital for checkup his tests and all has done waiting for approval from insurance company so that he can be discharged from the hospital
        See the mail has been issued at 8pm from insurance company but that mail hasn’t received on your hospital computer system
        Improve your hospital servers connections to avoid this kind thing to happen with someone else in future

        Insurance claim friends are telling to create some violence there
        That will not be a good move for both ezelonds
        So try to overcome this issue
        Hackers are everywhere
        Improve your server

          Worst hospital does not allow to meet patient never updates about what treatment is being provided to patient. There is no uploading of reports online which should be accessible to patients attendant. Doctors are hard to find by regarding status update of patient. Doctors keep altering treatment informing anything to attendant or patient.

              Patient name neeta was admitted fir parathyroid survey in max hospital but discharged on 5th december.we played extra 80, 000.
              We dint get back those 80, 000 yet
              It has been more than a week yet.

                  I am Shweta Awasthi, Healthcare manager from one of the reputed hospital of Newcastle, UK. My patient Anuja Sharma who is cancer patient admitted in Max hospital Saket in room 1320 3rd floor.
                  There are nurses making so much noises in room at 2.30 am in night. After telling them and requesting them to stop doing things in mid night as my patient who are in so much pain and other patient trying to sleep. The lights are open, everyone here making so much noises. I will attach pictures as proof. We choose max hospital because of there reputation, treatment and there hospitality but this kind of behavioir is not acceptable specially with a cancer 4th stage patient.

                    Dear team

                    The complaint is regarding dialysis billing before patient has arrived hospital. The patient relative (sister) has reached hospital so early and get the billing for patient dialysis done. Ideally billing has to be done only when patient is there in hospital thats what dialysis department and billing staff told me.

                    The patient name is naresh yadav whoes sister come to hospital very early and get the billing done for naresh yadav and get his number fixed as 1 or 2 for dialysis. Naresh yadav usually misbehave with dialysis staff and due to that they are afraid of doing any complaint about him. My dialysis and his dialysis is on the same day. So i am giving you detail and you can cross check my complaint.

                        My name is sandeep a resident of Karnal (haryana).

                        I came to max hospital shalimar bagh on 12 july evening around 6:30-pm as my younger brother MANIK was admitted as it was a knief embedded in his back due to a attack by two scoundrel in daytime.

                        We went to local hospitals and were refereed to any big institute or PGI. We rushed towards delhi and we found max is nearby as we enter in new delhi.

                        At max we asked to deposit 1 lakh rupees and followed by some investigations and a ct scan. Within one hour approx we were informed that there are some risks into operation as in result many physical loses are there and we informed to deposit 90% of estimate of 7, 20, 000 approx (seven lakh twenty thousand) just for 3 days.

                        We were not ready for this huge amount for treatment and we decided to go Aiims trauma center and treatment gone very well there, thank god.

                        We were overcharged the bill amount of 85975.66 which is NOT ACCEPTABLE just at the name of investigations and some drugs.

                        We just have ct scan report and all other things mentioned we never got any record in hand.

                        We (my family members) were already in a tense due to this major incident happened with my brother and moreover the hospital charged us like this within 1 and 1.5 hour span time.

                        Its really very bad experience just at name of treatment..!!

                        I Strongly oppose the treatment in max. You can go to any other hospital where they dont make such kind of loot with victims and families..!

                          Dear Team,

                          Request to check enclosed final bill provided by Max Hospital, Gurugram where too many extra entries passed of drugs, medical consumable items, etc which increased my total bill.

                          I was admitted in hospital for 2 days and while admission Max Employee informed me that room rent will be Rs.5800 however Rs.11500 charged. Secondly, lots of infusion set entries passed however only 2 was used, multiple drugs entries passed.

                          Clarification asked from nursing staff, management team but they not able to answer same.

                          Request honorable team to look into this matter and help me in providing refund of excess amount taken.

                            My child is 9 months old.today I visited a pediatrician for my child in Max hospital dehradun and she advised us to give some blood sample of the child..we gave the blood sample around 11.30 am this morning and now at 2.30 pm I have recieved a call from the max hospital's lab technician asking us to come over again as the blood has been clot and they are unable to examine it.
                            Is this a professionalism? 9 months old has to go the pain again for the sample..and we live far from the hospital we have to come back again.this is really disgusting on the part of max hospital..how a blood can be clot as they should know when to process the blood.there must be delay in order to process the blood sample.
