[Resolved]  Max New York Life — fraud by company executive

Max New york life insurance Agent Mr. Kamal Khatri agent code 167072, took Rs.12000 cash from me against premium due on my policy no.[protected], but didnt deposit the amount in my account which i came to know after six months, when I asked him about the money he started giving emotional excuses that his mother was serious and admitted to hospital for which he needed the money. but now that i came to know that he has done several frauds along with some more company officials, who are on top positons in the company. I have tried all my efforts but as a lay man i couldnt find any help.I made a complaint at the head office they said they cant help me as it is not a companys responsibility, now that i have decided to surrender the policy , but i have to suffer a loss of Rs.22000.
Is there any way by which I can get these fraudulant officers punished.
please help me if you can.

Dear Gurdeep Ji

This is completly your fault giving cash to some body has no valid reason or evidence.My question to you why you gave him cash you dont have any bank account I know you may a busy person but you should have to pay any premium through crossed cheque. Now as you believe in agent then its you fault.

Dont give blame to company
Solution :- Now its up to you how you get back your money wheather by hook or by crook...

sub: complaint against policy no.[protected]

Dear, Sir
we had taken one policy no.[protected] by the name of pankaj from your company in sept 2009 our next due date was 19sept 2010 and one month grace period was left to make the payment.
but unfortunately mr pankaj had expired dated on 9th oct 2010 we immediately informed mr ram gaur mob.[protected] working as a sales manager (GO 1) delhi in your company and he assured us that you will get the claim but it will take some time to clear the claim.After that we continuously in touch with him to get the status but on 14th dec 2010 we called him and asked about the status, he is telling your policy has been lapsed and you will not get the claim, so i would like to request you kindly look into the matter and resolve as early as possible.
If i will not get the revert i will take the necessary action against you
