help regarding to restart the max new york policy but for 3 years term only
Max Newyork life insurance co.
Policy no.[protected]; Life maker unit linked inv.plan dt:10 april 2007 premium 30000 per year (and 7500/- per quarter.) Sir this policy is mis sold & over burden for me. so i couldn't complete the 3 year term: . And i ve deposited 7 quarterly premiums (i.e Rs.52,500/-) Now it s 16 months over.( 3 yrs and 4 months ) Is it worth to take loan of Rs. 37500 for these premiums so that i could get the some part of my 52500/- after depositing premiums. Max telling me that i have to deposit all the dues till date that is Rs. 45000/- to see the staus of policy. but i fear that they may compell me to deposit the whole years premium i.e. 15000/-( 4 years) And unless untill consumer wont deposit whole premium the policy is will not be live and visible to see the status. Even the sales officers not able to help me what is the current surrender percentage of invested part of any policy holder. In LIC atleast after 3 years the surrender value is visible after 3 years. please help me to resolve this problem.
