Despite of INSURANCE AGENT providing renewal payment service, EVERYDAY PHONE CALL HAS BEEN MADE TO RESIDENCE/OFFICE PHONE TORTURING AND ASKING SUCH WAY WHEN YOU WILL PAY RENEWAL PAYMENT. GIVE US CLEAR COMMITMENT. IN GRACE PERIOD OR BEFORE DUE DATE.
WHEN I MADE SUCH PREMIUM PAID IN LOCAL OFFICE, SUCH PEOPLE AGAIN ASKING WHEN YOU HAD PAID SUCH AMOUNT AND GIVE US PREMIUM RECEIPT NUMBER.
WHEN I MADE SUCH COMPLAINT TO COMPETENT AUTHORITY, THEY HAVE AGAIN ASKING ANOTHER QUESTION, FROM WHICH DESTINATION YOU RECEIVING SUCH CALL AND WHO WILL CALLING YOU, GIVE THE NAME OF SUCH PEOPLE CALLING YOU.
