Mis-selling of Life Insurance

Sir/Madam ,

This is to bring in your notice that I have applied for a life
insurance policy from Max newyork life Insurance co Ltd dated 20 FEB 09 (Receipt number[protected] for which I have been explained by the executive that the same plan (Children plan) is One time deposit plan .But now I came to
know that the same plan is a regular payment plan for next 20 years
.The Executive of the company misguided...

policy pack not delivered to the customer

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am suneel,An amployee of max newyork life insurance..I want to know abt the status of two policy packs..The consignments nos of two packs are ggn209652,ggn164354..these packs are dispached from gurgoan..but still now the customers are not recieved their bonds..please send me details about their packs and where it is dispatched...and please give me any contact num for tracing these packs...i think to these packs...

MENTALLY TORTURE FROM RENEWAL PHONE CALL

Despite of INSURANCE AGENT providing renewal payment service, EVERYDAY PHONE CALL HAS BEEN MADE TO RESIDENCE/OFFICE PHONE TORTURING AND ASKING SUCH WAY WHEN YOU WILL PAY RENEWAL PAYMENT. GIVE US CLEAR COMMITMENT. IN GRACE PERIOD OR BEFORE DUE DATE.
WHEN I MADE SUCH PREMIUM PAID IN LOCAL OFFICE, SUCH PEOPLE AGAIN ASKING WHEN YOU HAD PAID SUCH AMOUNT AND GIVE US PREMIUM RECEIPT NUMBER.
WHEN I MADE SUCH COMPLAINT TO COMPETENT...
