I am tushar wadhe from jalgaon (maharashtra)I buy maxx mobile on 23/07/20120 and within 10 days it get hang problem.I submit my handset at jalgaon service center .they teold me my handset has software problem .there is no software in service cente and website maxxmobile.in has technical problem hense we can not download software from it ( I am also watching technical error of site from 24/07/2010 how funny that mobile company site ad error from 1 month and they are not removing it.Think how dull company this is) I call tollfree number of maxx [protected] on 13/09/2010 they told me that my handset is repaired and had send to jalgaon branch on 10/09/2010 I make contact at jalgaon they told me my handset is at mumbai.whenever I call mumbai they told me to calll jalgaon and when I call jalgaon they told me your hanset is not at jalgaon .I call at main office numbar [protected] on 17/09/2010 they told me will call u back tommorow .but they did not call.I called them on 20/09/2010 they told my handset is at main office .Think how they are making confuse me .koi nahi sahi bata raha hai mera mobile hai kaha ,kahi dhoni ki tarah mera mobile bhi chori to nahi ho gaya.Agar aap maxx mobile lete hia to money aur time west karoge. Aisi slow service denevali company market me nahi tikege aur usaka production band ho jayega.Jin logo ne ye mobile kharide hai unhe part nahi milenge aur vah sir patakate rahenge .Camera clearity looks good in mobile but when we try to take print out of photo then we get know how bakavas camera this is Isse koi dusari mobile company ke mobile kharide
