    I recently ordered maxx200 mobile from maxxmobile. Online website and pay through pu money net banking. Ordered on 30 august 2017.in my account still show in process they never show product shipped or not?
    I am confused that i am cheated.. Company s toll free contact number is still not work.
    Wait another 5 days otherwise i will make case against maxx company in our consumer court.
    My order no #6750 date-30/08/2017

      Mi Max mobile phone battery has been blast while talking.MY wife was talking, suddenly she smelled something due to burn then she realize phone is burning in hand .
      After that she through the phone on floor. attaching the snaps of damage or brunt phone.
      Request to you please ask company to provide the new phone and claim.

      Before 1 month i already logged the complain in oneassist reg.the phone volume button where i bought the ADP plan but no one taking it seriously.

          the phone was bootlooping that is, it is turning on and off.the handset maxx ax5 was under warranty so i submitted it to the authorised service centre BDR communications .but they did not repair it and returned it to me.and said that they cannot repair it as the warranty span has crossed.this was returned 7 month after the recieve.now the phone is not even turning on.and the have badly scrached the phone, taken away the camera lens to. please resolve the problem.they just scewed up my set into a plastic bar of no use which cost me 4799inr

            I had a problem in touch screen and gave mobile to Maxx trusted service center named 'Chennaii cellular service' in purasaiwalkam high road, Kellys on 2nd December 2014. I'm calling him every week but the only respond i'm getting is "We have sent to service center once we receive we'll call you back". It has been more than three months but the response we get is very annoying. The shop keepers phone number is "[protected]" The bill dealer gave has become old.

            Since the mobile model production has been stopped, they asked me to pay Rs. 1750 and gave me another mobile 'Maxx MSD7" which has very low internal memory and more than two applications cannot be installed

              Dear Max Care, I have purchased max mx 100 on 8th october 2014(Order ID:[protected] from infibeam. Mobile was working fine till one week after that i am facing problems like call dropping, and call history is not saving, Fm is not working automatically switches off to name a few. I have gone to max service center Gn technologies (Mumbai) for repair on[protected] .they have told me that they are forwarding it to max head office and being told me to come after 45 days. After my frequent calls to maxx customer care (ticket no 017444) and Gn technologies(Job sheet No RO/GNT/1415/0007669) i was informed by my maxx customer care that i got an replacement .To my surprise i got replacement as max mx 188 e costs around 900 where maxx mx 100 costs around (1700).when i went to gn technologies to collect my handset, the handset given is very small and does n't have 50% features which maxx mx 100 has and which was not even working as expected. I was informed by maxx care that the mobile is not in stock and management has decided to replace it with half of the price of maxx mx 100 to maxx mx 188 e. When i checked in online it is readily available in infibeam .If the mobile stock is not really available then refund my amount back or replace it with higher model handset in terms of battery and features. It was truly bad experience from maxx mx100 because it was lying in service center for more than 60 days still not sure when i will get my handset. Please note that people will buy handset to use not to keep it in service center. Please help me in this matter

                Dear Sir When i purchase maxx mobile after 8 to 9 days created problem display problem and when i go serice center in mumbai masjid bandar, he told me when your mobile repaire done directly i call you but i call after 40 to 45 days later he told me i send your mobile delhi for reparing so time. then i wait after i calll 20 days he agian say same problem sir i call you when your mobile received i agree then i call 20 days latter he told me yes sir your mobile repaid done come ok i received my mobile and give me my bill then after some days i use mobile then again problem create 20 to 30 days then when i go service center he/she told me system problem this is say me two to three time when i go he taken my mobile and told my i call you but till date not any call and not any response and i call maxx service center toll free no [protected] this no. is not valid i call every week but same problem. maxx company froud and cheat everyperosn he given wrong informationg and worng contact no and not suppourt many person service so please everyone don't purchase maxx mobile if he give your better service and better response then ok else dont purchse i complaint consumer court if he not done my mobile service problem Thanking you

                    I had given my Maxx ax5 on 27th Sept 2014 for touch screen issue and they said I will get it back within 45 days but now its more than 100 days and still I haven't got my mobile back. When I am calling to service center they saying mobile is repaired but company has not delivered back to the service center this is going on since last 2 months. Please advice what to do.

                      i have purchased mobile on 20/05/14 model no AX352S after 4 months its not working i give it to bharti enterprisess authority service centre himalayan complex supela bhilai chhattisgarh on 2/09/14 which is service centre of maxx mobile from that day they were saying that mobile cannot be repaired they will give me new mobile in exchange of old mobile its been four month they have not given me any mobile . so i requested you to please provide me a new mobile as soon as possible

IMEI No., [protected].Job Set No.is Ro/SRS/1415/0000919 is under warranty has been given the 1st complain DT. 04.09.2014. on address:- Sunrise Mobiles Om Arcade, Shop No.125, Plot no.1, Sector-20, Opp.Railway Station, Turbhe, Navi Mumbai.. Complain was "Power Key Problem". . as per company terms & conditions : - Mobile will be collected within 30 days from the date of intimation. Today 60 days continuing. But the mobile care center told me that my mobile has not come from the company. What shall I do, please intimate me on Mob No. + [protected] or on [protected]@gmail.com.

                            I Akshay Satpute had purchased maxx ax8 handset on February 2014 in 45 days it had some mike defect, it took me 4 months to get it repaired from the company. on 11 September 2014 i submitted it back for camera, battery & software problems my complaint I'd is PKT 003254 I was given no.[protected] of Mr.Manor kulkarni, I tried calling him many a time but he rejected my calls email id :-) [protected]@gmail.com

                                I have bought a phone called MaxxAX3 recently on 30.9.14. But within 10days after i got its delivery, the phone has suddenly not working properly, rather i am facing problem while making calls and its not a network problem as the sim card is working properly in other phones. We even contacted the service center but they are claiming that i ll have to summit the phone there but they cant assure us when i ll get it back.Now in this situation what should i do further.                                   i had purchased maxx mobile but after some days i hv suffer some problems in cell. so i have given this my shopkeeper in warrenty period. shopkeeper said that they sent this phone in max co. but till now i hv not found my phone from max co. or shopkeeper. they all not given any response of my complaint. now almost 2 & half months spend & they not giving any response Plz solve my issue. i have fed up from customer care reverts
