I tried to book two tickets for Avatar for show dated 26/12/2009. First time i booked the ticket on 24/12/2009 it showed the error after my secure password has been entered. The similar thing happened for consecutive 2 times, so totally 3 times on 24/12/2009. I tried booking the ticket once again on 25/12/2009 the same thing happened. Today when i see my credit card statement it has been confirmed tht i had done 4 purchase of the tickets (Rs 1120). I am attaching the screen shot taken during booking of my ticket.
I called up the customer care of mayajaal there is no proper response from them, then after many struggle one lady from their customer told to drop a mail to the [protected]@mayajaal.com. I hve sent them 2 mails till date but no response from mayajaal.
