MY COMPLAINT WAS BOOKED ON RTI I.E 16/7, GROUND FLOOR, SUBHASH NAGAR, NEAR SHANI BAZAR ROAD, OWNER NAME MR. BHARDWAJ (KALA) WHO IS DOING HEAVY LOADED MACHINERY WORK INSIDE AND CREATE NOISE POLLUTION WHICH IS NOT ALLOWED IN HOUSE

NOW HE IS OPENING AXIS BANK ATM, PLEASE STOP IMMEDIATELY THAT IS NOT ALLOWED IN RESIDENCE.

PLEASE SEE AND LOOK INTO MATTER SERIOUSLY AND DO THE NEEDFUL IN FAVOUR OF NEARBY RESIDENTIAL PEOPLE.

SIR BANK ATM SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED IN RESIDENTIAL, UNNECESSARILY CROWED AND RUSH WILL BE GOING ON AROUND THE RESIDENTIAL AREA WHICH IS NOT TOLERABLE TO THE PEOPLE WHO IS STAYING NEAR BY HIS HOUSE.

There is no Gardener who can take care of the park. Earlier residents of DA Block collected money to maintain the park by sapling various kinds of plants, but I feel very sorry to see the dying conditions of the park due to lack of water and maintenance. 10 years back some rides has been installed for the children now you could well imagined the conditions of the rides. As this park is situated at the Heart of Hari Nagar. I request you that MCD can set an example by making this small park a model park by providing all kind of facilities. Our Councillor is Ms. Setia. Will you please take the matter seriously. Hope to get a positive response from your side.

Hello Sir,

This is brought to your kind notice that shop number 7 & 8 in Tilak Nagar market have carried out unauthorized construction on basement and two floors.
I have already lodged a complaint with MCD, however no action has been taken till date by the authorities. Further I have also lodged my complaint with Delhi Police, Tilak Nagar Police Station. However, nothing has happened. MCD officer came there, took some money from them and left from there.

If something is happen while construction this building, so a lot can be happen.

In view of above, it is requested to kindly look into the matter and ask them to stop this unauthorized construction.

roads — problems on roads

This note is to compliant on roads.the photo which has been attached is in the yelahanka new town 13th B main KHB colony 8th B cross.the rain water just stags on the road itself ,there is no flow for rain water and it is inconveint to walk and the pit which has dug for the coopration water is been closed but the coonection has not given and the and the pit which is closed already,due to the rain the mud has gone inside, this lead to another pit.so the road has the pit on both the sides and the road has become smaller.so please check and put the tar on the road

from last few months i m looking a part of devider on ghazipur fly over that is very dangerous for traffic. i request to you please look into this matter seriosly because its very danger for everyone who pass this way from ghazipur to noida mod. i saw some accident on this road.

I Rajiv virmani a resident of I-3/89, ground floor, sector-16 Delhi-110085 is facing road raged problem in my area since last couple of years. In small streets youngsters are doing very fast & rough driving in our area. Few months back my old age mother had an bad accident hit by a teenager & she was on bed with lot of bone injuries still cant survived. Not even us all the resident of my area are facing same problem.
In above regard I request you to kindly make some speed breakers so that there would be break on these speed driving vehicles in this area.

i am resident of B-12, Saket, Gyan Bharti School Lane. Whenever it rains, the water accumulates on the road, as there is no linkage of drains.It takes couple of days for the water to seep into earth or dry up.It has become a health hazard. There is dead end of drainage system. Will MCD look into this ?

We are struggling from last week like water blockage from last week there is no source of discharge this water due to blockage in Dirty nala/Sewerage.
Dirty water is spreading on the Roads/Streets in front of Main House entrance. no one is coming to clean the road side Nalies.
in "O" Block at Gali No-5, Vani vihar, Uttam Nagar, on Bhagwati Vihar Road water blockage from last 5 days and lot of Mosquitoes are born and it can cause Malaria kind of serious illness to all members who are staying in Gali no-5,
Main Sever Block so no movement from Nalies.

naraina A-block a-8 a7 a-14 drains are filled with polythene bags with eatales & other waste is also filed up rain water cannnot pass & becoming foul smell near by no MCD employee comes over to clean no one is takeing action people are putting waste there no one comes to check the system

I am residing in 1818/9, backside, govindpuri extn., kalkaji, new delhi. The garbage
dumped by the neighbour, we have remind him several times regarding the same but there is no solution found.It has observed that past seven days it is being there due to this it gives bad odour & filthy it might be caused dengue, malaria or any other severe diseases.so, This is to request you to kindly consider our request ASAP.

Garbage collection Van irregular visits.
Sir,
The garbage collection van is playing truant, and missing many visits to CC Block, Shalimar Bagh, Delhi. 110088, thus causing inconvenience to the residents of 624 flats. On enquiry from the staff of the van, they simply pass on their absence or late visit to the defective van. I had already made a request through this column, but instead of improvement, the condition has further deteriorated. It is therefore once again requested to kindly arrange constant supervision through a responsible man, so as to regularise the timely visits of the Garbage Collecion Van. I have once again forwarded my complaint as referred to above with a request that an early action may kindly be taken to set the movement of Garbage Collecting Van regular, thus avoiding inconvenience to the residents and more importantly to avoid spreading of any evil disease due to onset of summer and coming monsoon. We are also facing same problem in State Bank Colony, Civil Lines zone and the helpline no given on the garbage collection van i.e. [protected] is never available and does not exists. Whereas these vans can be seen floating around the restaurants and VIP area. It is requested to kindly have a random visit and you will come to know the facts of the complaint.

MCD — Irregular visit of garbage van

The garbage van visits the Chandan Vihar, Sant Nagar, Burari area only once in a week. Several requestes has been made to the driver of the said van to visit daily or at least on alternate days basis but he do not do so and he only visits only once in a week

MCD — Littering problem

A sewage drain (nalaa) is flowing along the PWD road number 57 (Swami Dayaynand Marg). Many people litter on the banks of this drain opposite Anupam Apartment(R.E.C.G.H.S) in the morning and evening.It has made it a potential site for spreading of diseases. Littering in public areas is an offence and enforcement of this regulation needs to be done, so as to prevent these people from littering and excreting here.
Please forward this complaint to the concerned department so that necessary steps can be taken to bring an end to the inconvenience being caused to the residents.

Sir, there are so many mad street dogs in this locality because of them it’s very difficult to take step out from our houses especially. My Children & other many Child is not playing in ground. Many Times Street dog bites elders and childred.
so this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send immediately Dog catcher team in this area so that we will get rid of this problem soon.

I live at khichripur block no-4 delhi-91, there is a lot of streat dogs (about 10 to 15) . they are creating many problems like- barking whole night, littering in streat. we can not sleep properly in night.pl. take any action early.

The dogs in our area are gone mad. They are barking on every vehicle passing. They have also started bitting children/adults who are walking on the road. The dogs have bitten me, residents of 29/3, 30/11, Pant Nagar. This is the case of our block only. In other blocks also, the situation is more or less the same. Please ensure that the dogs are lifted from our area at the earliest possible.
