i have comlaint of illegal buffallows house in front of plot no.- B/2--244 they allways make noise and smelling everywhere. they grow mosquitoes from there dirty condition

I put up in J 2nd 82 MADAN GIR New Delhi 110062 . A group of dogs who have disease in them run after people and are a threat to all o[censored]s staying here. Since the last 2-3 months the problem has increased a lot and its becoming difficult to even step out from our houses . I request you to take a strict action and help us from the this situation.
