[Resolved] Mcgm, Mumbai (Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation) — birth certificate not received

Sir, on 11th August 2009 I has applied ONLINE for 3 copies of birth certificates of my daugher and had paid Rs 77/- for that. The amount had been deducted from my bank account, but I have not yet received the certificates. Regarding the same I have complained thrice to the internet section of BMC(Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation, Mumbai), but there is no response at all.
