Sir, On going throgh various complaints -Mediclaim, may i suggest that `to be helpful, the complaints contain the following details:- 1. Insurers's Name, Office, Addredd postal email, telephone nos. landline, fax & mobile 2.Mediclaim or Mediclaim type policy All policy with no, period, Sum Insured, Cum Bonus -CB%, Exclusion Loading 3.With changes coming in all policies, (e.g. from 01/07/'08 -Definition ofPRE EXISTING DIS' has changed)copy of the policy for the relavent period (of claim) 4.TPA-Insurers's Repudiation/rejection/denial/part payment 5.any correspondence between insured & TPA/Insurer Was this information helpful? | |
