[Resolved]  Meridian Mobile Pvt Ltd (Fly Mobile) — warranty

I gave my mobile for display complaint on feb 2009 first week and they rep[aired annd returned me after 2 months. My actual 12 month warranty expired on 18 october 2009. Now i have some problem again with my mobile.i asked for extension of waarranty for the period of 2 month( the period they kept my mobile for last repair).

Sir,
I had purchased one SX 200 Smart Slider Fly Mobile on 10-01-09 against
a cash receipt from B. R. Enterprises at Pacific Mall, Kaushambi, GZB.
After 6 months few arrow keys o[censored]pper key pad was not functioning &
I find recently upper key portion is not working completely.

Mobile was given to your authorized service centre by me on 19-12-09
for repair of faults against Job Sheet No.2576 at address placed below.

SURI TELECOM, 454/455, West Guru Angad Nagar,
Gurdwara Road. Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-110092.

Executive at service centre confirmed that the repair will be done by
20-12-09 itself against a cost of Rs.450/-. On mentioning the mobile
is under warranty, he agreed to do it free of cost if I provide the
date of purchase & bill details over phone on 20-12-09 morning. Bill
details was provided on 20-12-09 as requested over phone but refuses
to accept the same as he like to see the original bill & requires a
photo copy of the Bill.

Centre being closed on[protected]Monday), necessary details was shown
& handed over to him on 22-12-09 evening and I was intimated that it
requires a permission from the company to repair free of cost & mailed
to the company on that day itself. Again, on 24-12-09 when I asked for
the status of my mobile, i was intimated that the permission yet to be
received from the company.

In view of the above, it is requested that an early action may pl be
taken to repair my mobile by providing necessary permission the the
concerned customer care centre at Laxmi Nagar, Delhi.

sir,
i have purchased fly handset mc160 on 02/01/2010. after one month my handset gets automatically off and on.
whenever i switched on our handset after getting switched on it gets automatically switched off. it is not our problem many person of my friends circle are facing such type of problem. its my suggestion not to manufacture such type of faulty handset. there is lots of problem in ur fly mc160 model handset. its our humble request to kindly replace my handset otherwise i will send a mail to ur uk based corporate office.or i will go for consumer court file and file a case against fly company and its indian marketing associates
