[Resolved] Metro Cruise Limited — Non payment of cheques

I had invested Rs 1,33,100/- by way of cheque(No.910199) drawn on SBM dated 23/11/2009 with M/S Metro Cruise Limited registered office B-5,Ansal Chambers -II,Bhikaji cama Place,New Delhi- 110066 branch office: 302,3rd floor, Gold Tower,50,Residency road Banaglore.

They had promised to pay back Rs 15,495 per month for a period of 2 years from 29/12/2009 onwards.But they have failed to keep the promise and they when presented were bounced.

The company has closed its branch at bangalore.The registered office in Delhi also not responding to the queries.

Please help me in getting back the money invested from the company.

The company is a fraud one...they have cheated many investors in Bangalore and other cities.Please take severe action against the people who are involved in this fraudulent transactions.
