I have also invested Rs. 1, 05, 000/- in July 2009 through their Mumbai office. I received 12 PDCs from September 2009 to August 2010. After the first 4 cheques, the 5th cheque in January got dishonoured. MCl is a fraud company and their intention was to cheat innocent investors by promising them big returns. All o[censored]s should unite and fight against such chaeters to get our hard earned money back.

MCL HAD FURNISED AN ADDRESS WHEREIN THEY SAID YOU CAN SEND COPIES OF YOUR DOCUMENTS AND THEY WOULD REFUND THE PAYMENTS AFTER A WEEK AS SOON AS THEY HAVE MY ACCOUNT RECONCILED. I SENT MY DOCUMENTS TO THE ADDRED THEY HAD GIVEN AND IT CAME BACK SAYING COMPANY DOES NOT EXIST AT THAT ADDRESS. WHY ARE THEY PLAYING LIKE THIS?

I think there certainly some error in noting down their correct Address, as I have personally visited there to submit my claims on 21 Jan.
Also they are replying the phone call.So please try to contact them and verify their correct Address.
They should have updated their settlement status so far and they are now taking undue time.This is problematic.By now they should have opened all their offices so people from far south and other areas are not under any suspicion.
Still wish for the best and be updated on this issue.

Now a days, Manmohan Singh and Akansha both get bailed from Saket Court and this Monday is date i.e on 15 Oct 2012 in Saket court. Manmohan singh is making fool to all of the investors and He has cheated many Cores amount from all o[censored]s investor from all over the Delhi.
