With Ref. to your comments dated 30 Jan 2013, we hereby vehemently deny the false allegation made by you with regard to your booking. In this regards we would like to make it clear that our terms & conditions are fully explicit in our booking form and nothing has been concealed therefrom. In view of the express conditions stipulated in the application form refer to above there is no question of false representation as alleged by you. We therefore dismiss your allegation and also advised you against the use of defamatory & intemperate language, whereby you have violated the law relating to defamation.etc. Under the Penal Provision of the Criminal Law, failing which you will rendered yourself liable to legal action, which please note. Otherwise company will be constrained to take appropriate action against you.

If you still have any grievance you are welcome to our office and meet our officials.

ABC Pvt Ltd — Refund of Booking amount due to cancellation of booking

Hi,

We booked a flat with ABC Pvt Ltd, but due to issues with builder not delivering on the verbal promises which he made at the time of booking, we had to cancel the booking.

We are carrying the original receipts of the amount paid to the builder. Builder is now delaying the refund of booking amount even after 2 months of cancellation of booking.

What is it that we can do to expedite the process of refund. Please provide help/pointers.

Thanks a lot for your valued comments about this fraudulent company - Metro max Developers. I was also lured by their false promises and was making up my mind to invest with them. But they seem to befool people in the name of SEZ and bla bla...
Friends!!! Pls check all their papers thoroughly before any purchase.They have got no approval from any authority as such for the kind of deals they are claiming.

I had spoken to Mr. Ishwar Chandra Rai.This is very sad that these Metro max people are harassing a retired middle class person. He has put in his hard earned money post retirement for buying land but got into the trap of this fraudulent company. It is more than three months now after he approached them for cancellation. But these guys are only harassing him.

Sir, this is in regards to the complaint that you have posted above in regards to the subject and reason where in you have mentioned that there was misleading and incorrect information given to you ath the time of booking the plot and that is the reason that you are cancelling the plot; however when we accepted your cancellation documents, the affidavit that you provided us states a different story all together. It clearly states that you are cancelling the plot because no bank is providing you loan so that's why you are cancelling, and in above complaint you are mentioning that there is 20 km distance from our property to Mahindra SEZ. Please see the points mentioned below.

There are three ways to reach Mahindra SEZ
1: One of the gates is near OMAXE project
2: 2nd way is through and near to Bhagru Industrial Area
3: Third way is from our project, which is around 5-6 kms approx from our property.

I have booked Farm house in their Aravali Project and I have very good experience so far and they have made it very clear about do and don’t, it’s sad you guys have not made the regular payment and took the decision of cancelation of your booking.
I assume Metro Max people must have given you the project completion timeline of 24 months hence without giving the time which they have initially asked for, you should not rush to conclusion that it’s a fraud company.
I have full trust on them and my best wises with MetroMax team
And I am sure you all will regret of booking cancelation .

SIR IF METROMAX IS A GOOD CO. THAT U SAID IN ABOVE POST THEN WHY THEY DONT REFUND THE AMOUNT IN A PARTICULAR TIME PERIOD WHICH THEY PROMISED.HOWEVER CUSTOMER KNOWS THAT THEY DEDUCT 25% AMOUNT AS A CHARGES BUT AFTER THAT THEY DONT REPLY THE CUSTOMERS I HAVE A WORST EXPERIENCED FROM METROMAX.

I am Lalit Karira investor in Lotus Valley (a project by Metromax Infra) NH8 project. I am also of the opinion that these people are totally fraud and that they do not have the proper paperwork or the documentation for the Lotus Valley project. I went to their office on 28/04/2012 and the person named Mr Vinod tried to convince me to the best of his capabilities however when going through their documentation of the project I found out that it is a bogus company and all the investors should actually get together to teach them the lesson to these fraud substandard infra companies. Have the guts you Metromax people then get my registration and stamp duty done for my 125 sq.yard plot... they cant do it bloody money suckers coz they dont have to clear title to the project. METROMAX IS A FRAUD FIRM... read my other blogs about them and I am going to claim my money with compensation through Consumer Court.

I 100% AGREE FROM UR PROBLEM.

All the above comments have actually made me confused...i dnt knw vat shud i do nw...please ...suggest ...are they gonna run after all the installments paid...

I visited NH8 area from Delhi on 13th Oct 2012 to see a suitable investment. I saw the lotus valley property having a sign board (not contact details etc mentioned there like other good builder that I witnessed).

My observations:
> The location of plot is good, however this is probabely not touching NH8 that they are claiming. As in front of plot at NH8, there are many shops that indicate that they have not aquired those plots.

> There is not development of plot even started and plot have green corp that shows the problem with clear title. Means, may be seller of land has agreed in principle and company has not taken possesion and sellere (farmer) is still using the land for farming purpose. Think, no builder will do farming.

> During my visit, i visted numerious property and found each property has a good sign board with all details. Lotus valley only has sign board.

> I enquired with local people and came know about some issue bwteeen developer and local pnchayat people that leading not to develop the plot many be.
> I tried to call the developer mobile no given on their website www.lotusvalley.in(i found after googling) but that no is norking.
> Their website does not have delhi address mentioned and only mobile no +91 [protected] is metnioned with their Jaipur address.
> No landline no given that indicate fraudelemnt mentality.
