[Resolved]  Metro Max Infrastructure Pvt Ltd — Non Refund Of Booking Amount After Cancellation

Hi All,

Has there been any response/resolution from Metromax? We can go to the Vasant Kunj office as a group and speak to them about the updates on the project, website not working, clear title, no development at site etc. Its our hard earned money and they need to realize this. There should have been updates sent to the customer or displayed on the website of the work done.

Lets have a day fixed when we all can go and talk to them at their Vasant Kunj office.

Hi friends,

even i had booked a plot with metro max rojwood city in jaipur, they made false comitment to me later on when i relized i decided to cancil the booking. but they dint refund my booking amount.

they are bludy fraud. never trust such kind of builder.

We therefore dismiss your allegation and also advised you against the use of defamatory & intemperate language, whereby you have violated the law relating to defamation.etc. Under the Penal Provision of the Criminal Law, failing which you will rendered yourself liable to legal action, which please note. Otherwise company will be constrained to take appropriate action against you.

My booking was done in May, 2011 with commitment of delivering it within 2 years.
Till now there is no update on possession status, no e-mail communication, no update on website...

In very simple words I am just asking about the project update...let me know when it will be delivered.

Hi Everyone,

I also have a plot in Lotus Valley project. I have already made full payment. Then why there is a delay in the delivery ?? When I called their office phone number to know the status, Ms. Hema (as I remember the name of the lady I sopke to) told me that the registry process will take place in September-2013. I asked the reason for which she told me that most of the customers' payment term is completing by then. then my question was:- Why my plot's registry should be delayed according to other customer's payment terms ? and I didn't get any satisfactory answer. then I requested her to give the same in writing (e-mail) which she agreed to, but never did. After waiting for around 2 hours and not getting any such mail, when I called again, the phone attandent told me that she had left for the day. Getting irated, I called one f their officials named Nikhil who upfront denied to give anything in writing that too little rudely. Also he told me that in September, the process is just going to START and will take another 2-3 months to complete. Looking at this kind of dual behaviour with a customer at a moment when they have recieved the full payment from him, I don't find any reason not to doubt the Metromax Company's intentions.

It seems there is no fear or respect for law or ethics that exists there. From myself I don't find it even worth giving any rating.

Hello All,

I was told that after the payment of the registration amount by 15 days we will receive the registration copy. But it is almost 3 months i have given the registration amount in the month of May and there is no call no response. I called once for the reason for delay, but there was a funny reason given by the emloyee that the registar got transferred thats why its delaying.

The employees should know how to behave with customers. If they would have told that the project will finish by end of 2013 then there was no use of booking this. Waste of money and time as well.

After all this hue and cry that we have seen from all our friends regarding the LV project, can we reach some conclusion together i.e. do we all go their office at Vasant Kunj on a stipulated date. Thereafter if we do not get a satisfactory reply from their office, we all jointly go the consumer court. Please can someone take the lead and inform everyone on the way to move forward.

I Am Chander Kant Sharma, i am also very fed-of with this people, because they are not such builders, they comets something and doing something, i have booked 15 to 16 plot along with my client, now they are not ready to give us allotted plot, because they don't have such plot, they are cheating with all o[censored]s, so i requested to all of you please take hardly action with legal department, because my all client are very fade of with them, now they don't have particular plot, witch is allotted in allotment latter, please friend let me know about this, i am also with you all!

By now, the registries should have been completed. But the procedure has not even been started.
When we call your office, your officers behave rudely.
Is here also my concern dated Jul 20, 2013 has been lying unattended and unanswered.

I have also invested in lotus valley. I have even visited metro max Jaipur site in Aug 2013. There is no construction going on. There are no markings of plots. Why they are taking IDC & EDC when there is no development. No Registry is going on in owner's name. When we talk in their office, every time there is new excuse. I am hearing these excuses from 1 year. Directors never picked up the phone. I think its time to do Police Complaint.

Since you have mentioned in your post that you went for site visit but we are unable to trace your name for Aug-2013 site visit details and that is also quite old. Hence we request you to kindly revisit project site with prior intimation to our registered office at Jaipur (Rajasthan), where you will meet our concerned site staff who will help you to understand all your doubts/questions/queries & will sort out the same even our land ownership. Regarding registrations, the process has already been initiated and the matter is with Concerned Authority. However, we are doing our level best and its a matter of time when we hand it over to you.

Dear Friends, I have visited the Lotus Valley Project in Feb'14 and have found out that negligible construction has taken place in the designated area and as these people are refusing to refund the money it seems there is some kind of fraud going on. Project being so far from Jaipur main city it becomes very difficult to reach there on your own. Leave alone this project even their previous projects were not delivered on time so how will they deliver this. Their demand of 25% for cancellation charges is absolutely unethical however as customers and buyers we should actually be asking the builder to pay the penalty for not completing the project on time and earning the interest on our hard earned money and making excuses all this while. For me it is like 3 years since I have booked the plot and around 80 thousand is struck with them as I stopped paying them after sometime and said to them that once they start the registry process I will pay the rest in lump sum. I think all the people who are the sufferers of this infra company (like many others with unclear and non-transparent intentions) should all get together and teach them the lesson. Just see the fate of Timtara ecommerce website selling all kinds of electronics and other household items which has shut down after all the consumers got together and filed a court case with Economic Offence Wing against the directors and most of the customers are on the verge of getting their payments back. Let me know how we can progress in this case and I will be standing with all of you for any Joint Effort - Lalit.

Please note wee need to take action against them because after talking to 3-4 consumers i have found the same fraud story from everybody.

Metro max is a fraud or not i can not say at this moment but there are some facts which they are hiding from investors and under right to information act they should communicate everything which has relevance towards this investment. Also in three years time property gives avg 70-75% returns but this property is still at the same price. I visited their office at vasant kunj but again a misleading response for registry.

I hope we all care for our hard earned money and its our right to stand against any fraud. Guys trust me if we meet them jointly it will make a difference and If required let us take a joint action against them involving lawyers media & police.

Metro max is a fraud company. Why they are not giving us allotment? Everytime they have a new excuse since year. Directors never pick up phone. They are mother [censored]ers.
