I have bought o plot of 166 sq yd in your lotus valley project i have made numerous calls at your new delhi office and Mr Nikhil sharma picks up calls and when i ask him about the registration he always gives a new date it has been almost one year after paying the complete amount still no date for registration is final. This raises my concern and as days pass by i am forced to believe you are a fraud company if you

As per your advise, I surrendered my plot 02 years back. That time you told that within 02 months I will get my money back but this is now almost 02 years. You & your team is reluctant in receiving the phones now.

Kindly look into the issue else I will be forced to seek legal action against you.

Lets all gather and file a new court case and a consumer court case to teach them a lesson.

I also booked a plot in lotus valley project of Metromax infrastructure ltd. in 2011. I paid the whole payment as per their plan without failure. but at the time of registration in 2013 they asked that election code of conduct is going on after that they will start the process. Every time I contact them for the same they gave me another date. Two year back when I contact them they call me in their Vasant Kunj office. Mr. Yogesh was there and he show me another site plan to choose the plot. I asked him that you already allotted me plot with number and his block. he replied that there is some changes in the existing site plan and choose the plot according to this layout. I was confused and told him that you changed the layout plan definitely you the site also. To have a check I visited the side in July 2017. The site was same but there is no sign of development, no boundary wall, no roads, no electric poles. only a overhead water tank was constructed so far. Mr. Yuvraj, one of their Site Incharge was there. After coming back I Contact Mr. Yogesh again and gave him the exact picture to him. He asked me to follow the registration and development will be done. When I asked for cancellation of the plot and refund the money he bluntly asked that refund is not possible. it is best to wait some time more and get the registration. Now I come to know that they have closed the Vasant Kunj, Delhi office without any information.
Like me, There is lot of people who are victim of this organisation. Can we all come to gather for our hard earn money. If there is any group of investors who are cheated by this company please let me know and informed me at [protected] / [protected]. I am also be a part of them to fight for justice.

I have Plot in Aravali Forms and Registration was also done few yrs back, still plot is not marked, when i visited last time, Mr. Mudit at Jaipur Office told, we will get it done in 03 Months, I called many times since then No confirmation.

Hi I m Rahul Sahni. I live in Delhi. I have purchased plot in rose wood city project and I have registry. I have seen their site. Their is no any progress. Then I called the metro Max office which is in vasant kunj New Delhi. No one picked up the phone. Then I went to vasant kunj office no body was their. Then I went to Jaipur office F-119 and some one was their and he said metro Max office has been shifted. He doesn't have any idea. Last year I have lost my mother and father in 2019.
