[Resolved]  Mhada — refund of deposit

I had applied for the Ghatkopar scheme of Mhada for code no :- 215 of Rs. 50, 000, till date I am yet to receive the same. My application no 239930. As there is no helpline and nor any response from them.Kindly look into this matter.

We have applied for the MHADA lottery. the application number is 599661. Even we havent received
any payments till date. Kindly help us.

I had applied for Chembur area . My application no. 594970 since from the draw i had received my money which i had deposited in draft in name of MHADA. Guide me how to get my money back

Hi, I am Mrs Gauri Deshmukh. Me and my husband, Mr. Kedar Deshmukh had applied for the MHADA lottery scheme (2010) for housing in Dahisar. We could not win the lotterry and are expecting our money back which is Rs. 50,000 each.
Our receipt numbers are 779238 and 818604.

MHADA had promised that the money would be refunded on the same day the results are declared but we have not received any money.

Please assist in getting our money at earliest.

I, Sandeep S Kalantre had applied under MHADA 2010 Scheme vide Application No. 029177.

I did not win the Lottery, but haven't received the Deposited amount as yet.

Request you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest and take necessary action.

i am also waiting for the refund . customer care is telling that u wll receive the check with in 2 days and almost 1 month has gone by.again when i called the customer care no first they gave me their h.o vileparle (saraswat) no from where i did not get any reply since they were simply not attending the call and secondly they gave the balaji courier no which i tried for almost 2 days where the phone was only ringing and at last when i was able to spoke they simply told that they have no information of the p.o.d no which was given to me by the customer care.

I had applied in MHADA's 2016 scheme kandivali locations. and had submitted 4 application in my name which is around 20000/-
but still i had not received any refund or intimation of refund or any call from the mahada authority
its almost more than 01 months
so can u guide me with the refund procedure or to whom to contact regarding the same or any customer care no of the mahada authority.
