Refund still not received
Hi sir,
Chadha developers and promoters took my money but in some says they demanded the more money but I was unable to pay that money. And I cancel the lottery but they promised that refunded the money but till the date I was not refunded the money. They are send the me without signature cheque and telling that its done and no one can support and that team uses the bad word with people while asking the money. If its a government departments so why the mahada team is not taking any action. Or else mahada also involved in this Scam. I have some recording I will upload in twitter directly to the pm modi pls do needful.

One lady Mrs. SHAHEEN ANJUM MOHD. ASLAM SHAIKH[protected] and her associates.
sold the room NO. 311, BLDG NO. 2, B SWAN MILL COMPOUND, NEW MILL ROAD KURLA WEST MUMBAI,
To my wife.
The full payment was done, only Rs. 4, 00, 000 were under check clearance.
Fortunately when we came to know that the room does not belong to Mrs. Shaheen Anjum Mohd. Aslam Sheikh, The room belong to Mr. LAXMAN R KHADE of room NO. 3 BLDG NO. 57, KAMATHIPURA 3RD LANE,
Fraudulently they sold the room to us.
Her Neighbors told that these people have cheated with many other people as well.
After so much beging and request they agreed to return our money on one unethical condition.
They will return only 17, 50, 000 and will not return Rs.1, 50 000, as we were helpless to get our money back, so we signed on stamp paper to there conditions.
They return our 17, 50, 000 Rs.
After receiving 17, 50, 000, we demand the balance of Rs 1, 50, 000. Shaheen Anjum and her companions threatened and abused us, and said that they will implicate us in a false case of molestation of a woman.
We were very afraid of their threats, abuses, they do not want to return our money.
Shaheen Anjum's husband is threatening that he will kill us and no one can do anything.
But now we appeal and request that (me and my wife), help us to revive our hard earned Rs 1, 50, 000 with interest so far along with irreparable monitoring compensation for mental disturbance.
So we request you to kindly take necessary action against them.
so that they can't cheat on someone else.
Further we would like to state that Mrs. Shaheen Anjum Mohd. Aslam Sheikh has occupied another flat on the 5th floor in the same building.
Both the flats are given on rent, flat no. 311 The name of the tenant is Ibn Hasan ([protected]) who has been living in the same flat for a long time.

I am Mr. Santosh Walunj had applied for Mhada Pune lottery scheme (2022) for housing in Destination austia Dudalgaon scheme code: 611.
I have not won the lottery and not received my refund back yet.
My Application No: [protected], Code No: 611 and Payment done online as on 17th July 2022 and lottery draw results date was on 18th Aug 2022.
It's been more than 2 Months still I have not received my refund.
Please assist me in getting my refund back as soon as possible.

fraudulently they sold the room.
When we found out we were cheated, we stopped the check.

He refunded our money back by stopping the amount of 150000 and said that if you want, then the same amount of money is not returned, then the mileage is not refunded at all. And he got us to write on the stamp paper that we could not have the payment arrangement, so we are canceling the deal of our own free will.
We were forced to accept his offer or else we would not get all our money.

I had applied for MHADA lottery for konkan board lottery 2021 in August 2021 and have made payment for 5560 rs deposit amount in which 560 was lottery charges, it has been a year and yet i have not received my deposit amount which was 5000rs, i have proof for transactions made to MHADA and even my account id in which it is showing lottery for flat is not alloted but yet i have not yet received refund amount of 5000 rs to me, its been a year...

I didn't won the lotterry so it is expected that I should get the refund as earl as possible.

I have submitted surender form and documents for kokan mahada lottery 2021 at bandra office on 17/2/2021 they said amount will get refund in one month z still amount is not refunded and when I again visited mahada office they are telling timing for refund they are telling call help desk and their help desk are also not receiving call...no help from mahada office customer care

Leakages in ceiling in the entire house

Dear Sir,
I am a resident of 1303/A, Gurukripa Housing society, Besides acharya atre maidan, Pantnagar, Ghatkopar East Mumbai-400075 which is a SRA building built 1 year back.We are residing since 1 year and now there are leakages from the ceiling in the entire living room, bedroom and washroom. We have complained to the society many times but no one is resolving this issue . also the residents staying above us are not co operative regarding the repairs.Kindly note that the ceiling appears to be dangerous due to lot of leakages and may fall anytime on us.There is a threat to our lives so I request you to look into this matter urgently.Thanking you in advance.

We take this opportunity to introduce ourselves as the purchasers of Flats in Ekta Tripolis project situated at Siddharth Nagar, Off Link Road, Goregaon West, Mumbai 400 104 and it’s being constructed by Ekta Everglade Homes Pvt. Ltd. having their address at 401, Hallmark Business Plaza, Off W.E.Highway, Kalanagar, Bandra (E), Mumbai — 400 051. We have registered as TRIPOLIS WELFARE ASSOCIATION with registration no - Greater Mu/0000011/2021 under the Societies Registration Act, 1860(XXI of 1860).
As you are aware, Ekta has duly completed construction of 2 Wings i.e. A and B having Basement + Ground (including Shopping) + 3 podiums + 36 floors and have completed construction of C Wing up to Basement + Ground (including Shopping) + 3 podiums + 36 floors (super structure) although the same is complete in all respect up to 18th Floor and all the Flat Purchasers including ourselves, are anxiously waiting for the possession of our respective flats for more than 4 years and are now seeing some ray of hope.
We are aware that under the captioned G.R., it has been directed that MHADA will complete the construction of the Rehab building in Sector — R-9 for rehabilitation of the original 672 tenants of Patra Chawl and you have appointed “Relcon Infraprojects Ltd” as Developer to complete the construction of their respective sale buildings in the Siddharth Nagar Layout. We also understand that your Esteem Technical Committee is working with Ekta in closing final aspects of the NoC for OC.
It is of paramount importance to bring to your notice that 612 Home Buyers like us, who have invested their hard earned money since long in the aforesaid project of Ekta Tripolis and have taken home loans from various financial institutions are since long bearing the double burden of EMI’s and Rent and are still desperately awaiting possession of their respective Homes. Most o[censored]s are not only bearing the burden of mounting interest but also having to pay rent for our current accommodation. This has affected our mental as well as family lives and the pandemic has only made it worse with most of our salaries/ businesses suffering and taking a hit.
We are suffering Mentally & Financially very badly due to delay in granting the part Occupation Certificate.
We request you to initiate the process for part Occupation Certificate and complete required documentation & processes with Ekta World. As you are aware, Ekta has duly completed construction of 2 Wings i.e. A and B having Basement + Ground (including Shopping) + 3 podiums + 36 floors and have completed construction of C Wing up to Basement + Ground (including Shopping) + 3 podiums + 36 floors (super structure) although the same is complete in all respect up to 18th Floor and all the Flat Purchasers including ourselves, are anxiously waiting for the possession of our respective flats for more than 4 years and are now seeing some ray of hope.
We are aware that under the captioned G.R., it has been directed that MHADA will complete the construction of the Rehab building in Sector — R-9 for rehabilitation of the original 672 tenants of Patra Chawl and you have appointed “Relcon Infraprojects Ltd” as Developer to complete the construction of their respective sale buildings in the Siddharth Nagar Layout. We also understand that your Esteem Technical Committee is working with Ekta in closing final aspects of the NoC for OC.
It is of paramount importance to bring to your notice that 612 Home Buyers like us, who have invested their hard earned money since long in the aforesaid project of Ekta Tripolis and have taken home loans from various financial institutions are since long bearing the double burden of EMI’s and Rent and are still desperately awaiting possession of their respective Homes. Most o[censored]s are not only bearing the burden of mounting interest but also having to pay rent for our current accommodation. This has affected our mental as well as family lives and the pandemic has only made it worse with most of our salaries/ businesses suffering and taking a hit.
We are suffering Mentally & Financially very badly due to delay in granting the part Occupation Certificate.
We request you to initiate the process for part Occupation Certificate and complete required documentation & processes with Ekta World. MHADA lottery refund

We had registered for MHADA pune board lottery november 2021 and paid it's registration fees amounting to 5560. We didn't win the lottery, and hence as mentioned on their website, refund process was started from 14th Jan 2022, and today is 9th Feb2022 but we still haven't received the refund yet.

Mhada Regarding refund of Pune lottery 2021

We had registered for MHADA pune board lottery november 2021 and paid it's registration fees amounting to 5560. We didn't win the lottery, and hence as mentioned on their website, refund process was started from 14th Jan 2022, and today is 8th Feb2022 but we still haven't received the refund yet.
