Sir i am a resident of bld no 50/103&104 prathmesh c,h,s C.S.Rcomplex ekta nagar kandivali,New MHADACOMPLEX mumbai 400067 from last 5-6 years i am facing lickage problems from my above flat when i was chairperson that time also i told him so many times but he always avoided me saying this -that he will do it or he don't have any fault he hasn't done any renovation work but from last two years the lickage problem became more civiour for that continuously water is dropping in my kitchen &bathroom and the halls wall is sinking badly when i called my mechanic my mechanic said after observing his flat that his bathrooms &kitchens tiles are not fixed properly as he has done his renovation before two years so i requested to them to allow my mechanic to work but his mother said after 10 days but when again i went to him but that time he was not there also i called him to see then also he didn't felt to see my problems , my flats condition is very critical all small small inscets are coming from the sinking wall bathrooms upper side can fall down any time i have two small children they can get hert my old in laws are facing health problem because they sleeps in hall my father in law now suffering asthama doctor said because of the walls sinking also my down one flat is facing same problem but he is blaming me becuse of this sinking of wall but what can i do the problem is from upstair sir i really wanted to solve the problem by very friendly way but for non co-operation of the opposit party i am complaining to you if you don't take any immidiate step then anything can happen to my familly, hope you will make me humble with your kind co-operation, i will be greatfull to you, thanx.
