I am planning to buy a Flat at Malavni 8 no HIG Falt. But when i issued all document to Bank they asked me to do MHADA Transfer. But there all Agents and peoples say that MHADA tranferd has stopped in that layout. Can any help me how should i go to get loan. Bank want MHADA transfer as well as NOC. I can get NOC. But As MHADA has stopped Tranfered so how can i get it. Was this information helpful? | 
I would say they should act fast and give the NOC mentioning that banks can issue cheques without MAHADA transfer.
Lot of people are suffering due to them.
