MIMOBITV — DEDUCTION OF AMOUNT WITHOUT MY CONSENT | |
On 20 Jan 2012 at 13.57 hours, I got a message on my BSNL Prepaid No [protected] from MIMOBITV (+[protected] stating "THANK YOU FOR SUBSCRIBING ALL CHANNELS/WEEKRS.40/WEEK". On checking my BSNL account a sum of Rs 40/- has been deducted. Immediately I send a message to 55447 for unsubscription. It is pertinent to mention that, the subscription has been done by MIMOBITV without my consent. MIMOBITV had never contacted me for the said subscription, instead they deducted the amount. This in in gross violation of the rules and regulations. Also I tried to contact them to their head office at Hyderabad, but the executives attending the calls are not giving a prompt reply. Request direct MIMOBITV to refund the deducted amount back to my mobile account at the earliest Was this information helpful? | |

when I call to customer care, they said that you received a call from bsnl and subscribe the service.
But I DID not received any call from bsnl and this service was not activated from myside.
Please help me to get this amount refund from bsnl.Please investigate into this as this is ridiculous things done to us.
