[Resolved]  Mittal Builders, Pune — Inferior Quality

We purchased a flat from Mittal Builders in the project Sun Satellite, Sun City road, Pune. We got the possession couple of months back (builder had delayed the possession by several months than what said at the time of booking).

The bad experience started even before taking the possession. The vitrified tiles used are of cheap quality, imported from China. Several of the tiles have cuts on them. About 8-9 tiles had black color on it which wasn't going even post cleaning with acid. I couldn't see this before as immediately after the tiles were laid, POP was put on entire floor. Later, I had no choice but to ask builder to replace them. They were hesitant a bit but later agreed to change 4-5 tiles, but all this was shattered when I came to know that as builder brings unbranded, cheap Chinese tiles from China, the new batch was not the same as before. Not only the shade was different but even the size was different!! Ridiculous. I personally then was searching for older tiles in the project (not my job) & found one in adjoining building & other in basement. One of the tile I carried myself (again not my job) while other was bought by contractors' men, who were helpful. For remaining tiles of different shade, good part was new lot had bigger tiles so the tiles were cut & replaced. But once laid, because of color, they were looking shabby but still better than black color all across them. But to my horror, when we were doing interiors, the tile broke after my friend walked on that tile. When shown, I was told that the sand + cement quanity was less & due to air inside, the tile came up & cracked. I was fed up by then & had no option to replace it as wardrobes, dressing was already done near to it.
The only option remained was to go for carpet or wooden flooring. We chose wooden flooring & had to spend over 25k for that, for no reason. Had tiles were of good quality, this money could have been saved.

The issue didn't stop here, the wooden flooring people when came to the flat informed that the wooden floor given by the builder was of extremely cheap quality. The thickness of the laminated wooden floor installed by builder was almost 40% less than branded ones!! The locking strips used by builder was of PLASTIC & not WOOD. The builders' wooden flooring didn't have skirting either, I got it done & had to spend another 5k on this. Another shocker was the locking strip used at door (plastic) had nails driven directly in the floor!! What non-sense? The wooden flooring people then removed this strip, inserted a steel plate in the floor & then locked the flooring in this steel plate with the help of wooden locking strip.

The builder has done coba below wooden flooing which is not in level, so even today we hear 'kuch, kuch' sound when we walk on it.

Therefore, I ended up not only doing wooden flooring in one bedroom but had to repair the wooden flooring in master bedroom provided by the builder (again, this was not supposed to be done by buyers). Later came to know that some 2-3 people too have done this in their flat as the wooden flooring came off as nails gave in.

The story now heads to bathroom:-

Here too the tiles got broken & as these tiles too were Chinese of cheap quality brought in lots, these are not available in open market. Therefore, for not to let the bathroom look shabby, had to re-do the entire bathroom flooring. Spent another few thousand bucks on tiles & labor.

To save cost even further, the builder did not use single laminate sheet from inside for bathroom & dry terrace/utility area of kitchen (door size is 7x3 while sheet size is 8x4). To use this left-over material, the builder made groove & stuck 2 pieces together. Our carpenters informed that the gap in the 2 sheets will let water in (the adhesive wasn't enough) which will swell the door & damage it completely. So, the doors were taken down, the laminate pieces of builder were removed & new ones in single sheet were put. Again wasted money here, just becuase builder wanted to save some by providing crap.

And as if this was still not enough, the slope of dry terrace was partially towards door so large part of water rather than going towards drain hole comes towards door and by now I had no patience left to redo the flooring here.

As the flat has concealed wiring (which is good), I asked for wiring plan several times, but no one knew where it was. One of my neighbor managed to get for his flat but threw it away as the plan was far different than actual. The excuse given was some 3 different wiring contractors worked on site so it may have got changed !! Don't know whether to laugh or get angry with such statements.

Now comes fixtures, entire lighting fixtures are Chinese, including the CFLs inside & foot lamps. I have replaced all the CFLs in just few months, some were not working on 2nd day after we took possession. Fortunately, we had removed all the tube-lights initially. The builder installed Wipro lights on first floor & in some flats in 2nd floor, so no one complained, but from 3rd floor upto 11th floor, entire units were of Chinese.

The footlamps have been replaced thrice till date. I had bought Anchor Roma footlamp, but the electrician is so stupid that he has taken not only the lamp wiring but even TV cable wire, telephone wire & remaining wires of fans etc. from inside the metal box inserted in the wall rather than behind it. If I need to replace this cheap Chinese lighting fixture alongwith the metal box, the electrician will need to cut all the wires, including that of telephone, hence had no option but continue using this cheap fixture (the anchor roma lamp went waste). Fortunately, this Chinese model is available in local market, so it can be replaced for Rs.100/- but is a headache of removing wires, replacing new fixture, use insulation tape & fixing it back in wall. In all this process, some paint has been damaged.

The basins are Chinese, unbranded & rejected lot. Can say this as the basin in our flat is not in one line, is uneven & one side has a bump on top. When seen sideways, this can be clearly seen. The attached napkin holder with the basin has already started to rust, and many people are facing same issues. The pipe of the basin is very cheap, thin MS & just steel plated to give a stainless steel look. The attached mirror is so thin, that it has been placed on a glass, which looks cheap. Some flats mirrors have already been broken. Though this issue is minor, it is now a headache of finding a basin which will fit in the current dimensions, especially regarding the plumbing.

We were told that we will be getting sliding glass partition in master bathroom just like Sun Orbit, but we never got this.

Next comes the doors, even the main entrance door frame is on low quality plywood (not even water-proof) & not wood which is recommended. If not teak wood, he could have given atleast some normal wood. What can the strength of the door be if on plywood, that also main door?? Not only this, even this ply frame is hollow, 2 plys have been joint with gap in between to give thick/wide look.

The eye-peice has been installed at a height of 4.5 feet & to look through it, one needs to bend everytime. The standard norm is 5 feet, doesn't he know basics ?? The video door phone in Sun Orbit is of Commax, good quality & Korean make but in Sun Satellite, it is Chinese & I got my replaced twice.

The locks used throughout the flat, including entrance door are cheap Chinese. 2 locks, both of bedrooms failed before taking the possession, so replaced it. But didn't want to take any chances, so replaced the lock of few doors, entrance & bedroom terrace with Godrej locks. Spent another few thousand bucks on these locks (over 11k to be precise).

Besides this, the issues which are common in general are:-

Seepages, & hardly anyone is competent enough to locate the source & stop the seepages.

The streetlights within the project have failed, all are Chinese & builder is not able to find suitable lights which can be fixed in them. Large part of the project on backside is in complete darkness at night. The builder hasn't given sufficient lighting even in the parking, only light points are made with no tubes in place.

The rods from the RCC structure have come out at several places which looks very shabby. The builder simply has painted this rods. The pergola at top of building is not in straight line, tilted. The external plastering is of shabby quality, even a kid will plaster in better way.

Not a single wall is in 90 degrees. It can be seen how walls & the RCC frame is tilted by standing near a duct. I personally experienced this thrice:-

a.) While doing flooring of bathroom, a small additional piece of tile was required at one end, which means wall was not straight,

b.) While installing safety door, the difference between bottom & top was a whopping 1.8 inches. The safety door maker was professional, he installed a metal plate from side so as to hide this gap & secure the door from side.

c.) The carpenters while doing furniture had informed us about this issue as they had to use plywood on wall in some cases before doing wardrobes so as to make them straight. They faced major issues while making loft & their doors as the height was different from one end of the ceiling to another.

The builder has not used cement plaster internally, but over 1.5 inch gypsum + POP directly on wall. Atleast 5 flats curtains have fallen down & this material being non-waterproof, those who have leakage issues near bathroom & basins have water clogged in the walls. Once person made a hole in the wall due to seepage & lot of water drained out & entire paint was destroyed. There are some who have already repainted part of their flats, including ourself & those who repainted entire flat where seepage was high have paid atleast 80+k for this work, there are 2 such persons in my building, there are others in remaining wings also.

There are severe seepage issues in basement parkings, at one place, the sewer water is over-flowing inside the basement parking, which stinks & basement has several mosquitoes due to this. The debris, broken tiles, iron rods, waste materials, paint boxes etc. are still lying in the basement & despite repeated complaints, no one is bothered to clean up the mess.

For many people, it has been over 7 months since they are staying here but parking allotments are still not done. We get same excuse that it will be done in 2 days.

Service Tax-

Builder earlier said that he will only take cheque but will not deposit it but in reality deposited them without buyers' consent. The builder till date has not issued Service tax receipts despite taking the full amount. I too haven't got the receipt. The builder asked for 100% payment even when the basis, taps etc. were not installed & I was promptly told that remaining work of the flat will be done only after 100% payment is made (95% payment was already done as mentioned in contract).

There are many, many other issues, enough to make a book of it, but I would now stop here as major issues are mentioned.

I am writing this out of sheer pain which I & several others are experiencing day in & day out, despite paying Rs.60 lacs, others who purchased later have paid Rs.70 lacs or more.

I would strongly recommend not to fall for fancy things of this builder which can be seen from outside as the quality is very poor, after sales service is non-existent and the builder goes back on his own words once agreement is done. The builder will screw you once you sign the agreement. If you value your money and peace of mind, never ever buy from Mittal Builders.

side home broken by other party (builder) — broken my side wall

sir,

i am living in vijaynagar ghaziabad. my side plot person sell there plot to a builder. Builder broke that plot and they wanna to make a flates in residential non flat area. There are no flates in this area. Main problem is that when they broke there roof and wall myb side wall broken by them and after broken they said that they will maintain that. but mentaly we hrashed. Now tehy said that they want to reopen there old plot neev( makan ki neev ). in nthat case overside will be cracked and also that plot is covered by three other plote(fully maked) then they will also cracked. over and other house neev is near about 2 feet and they wanna to make neev about 6 feet then definately all o[censored]s side wall will be damaged.
so please help us.

Mittal Developers — Wiring problem in the entire building

I'm another hammered buyer here who is facing probs. There are seepages on walls in passage from water leaking from bathroom, basins. The staff says it will go away after 1 year when everything settles down. WTF? There was Mr.Punjabi earlier to whom we could speak with, he is on leave and the project is left to the mercy of god. Not a single streetlight behind B is functioning, not a single lights in parking area on ground floor and basement is poorly lit. Sewer water is over-flowing in basement. It is horrible when we come home late. Showers in bathroom has malfunctioned, window not locking properly. LPG gas connection is absent, no tom, dick or harry commits on this.

My friend is lucky guy coz he canceled his flat at Sun Horizons, Balewadi. Goddamn why the [censored] I bought a flat here? Da builder is freakin' nuts.
My basin has got decolorized with black spots seen on it. The bathroom tiles color has vanished for atleast 7 tiles which is making bathroom look shabby. The tiles are chota bheem said are Chinese of cheap quality. Several tiles in terrace & passage have cracks but builder didn't replace them even when this was bought to his notice. The shower of common bathroom has leakage issues & I got a new one for Rs.960/- last week. Dry terrace tiles are not fixed properly which move when we step there. Heavy use of water here may give rise to leakages in flat below. The builder, Naresh Mittal is not approachable once you buy a flat. He will offer you tea before booking but won't meet you once agreement is done.

I can't see the key-hole of the car door at night as there is not a single light in the parking & several streetlights have failed. Horrible. I bought a flat here after seeing Sun Orbit & my friend's advice to buy from Mittal who has a flat in Sun City. Like me, my friend is equally shocked after seeing the quality of construction especially after taking 63.7 lacs from me. Very, very disappointed with Mittal Builders (Sun).
I have purchased a flat at Sun Planet for 66L for 3BHK . I was told possession date of Sep-Oct 2010 at the time of booking. The date then was postponed to Feb 2011, then to July 2011 and now they are saying Oct 2011. For the entire project to get ciomplete, it will take atleast another 3-4 yrs as the buildings are coming up one by one. The DP road is nowhere to be seen. Some plot owners have fenced their land. Builder is now saying that he will give access thro satelite but i am not sure as satelite owners will object. Most of the times, i am outside Pune, so follow up on phone. There is no positve response & I get same answers everytime. The sales people keep lying after you buy flat & a office person called Mangesh is useless. Never picks up phone or is at PMC/registrar office 24x7.

I am paying rent & big EMIs as builder has already taken 95% of total amount. Lot of money was wasted on service tax which could have been avoided if builder had given possesion on time. No compensation is offered for this despite several requests to builder. After looking at comments of sun satellite above, the tension has only increased. I have now to worry about possesion date, DP road and now the quality. I feel the biggest on this Planet after buying a flat at Sun Planet from Mittal builders.
I too have purchased a flat in Sun Satellite. To my horror, last week the switch-board fell off. When I saw closely I was shocked to find that there is no metal box (MS box) behind the switch board which the electrician should have had installed. The switches are of Legrand but it is horrible to see this quality of work.

The switch-board was directly installed on the wall with screws! As wall has thick POP, the screw keeps falling off and so does the switch-board. The wiring is already done, so can't fit metal box inside now :(. For time being, used cello-tape to keep switch-board stuck on the wall, which looks very shabby.

3 bathroom tiles have come off and not getting matching tiles in the market, thanks to these beuing Chinese. Seems the builder has started scrap dealer business in China and using this scrap in his projects. I saw Sun Horizons and there also same stuff is used. The paint in passage has developed bubbles and black spots. Looks like MHADA scheme.

Some people/residnets informed that builder plans to give access to Sun Planet throug satellite which is disgusting. Why the [censored] builder built planet at first place when there is no road? The planet buyers are who bought & for their stupidity why should satelite people suffer ?

Mangesh is non-co operative, gives fake assurances on parking allotment. A pipe is leaking right above my parking & nothing is done here. Don't get proper solar water in morning. The artificial plants kept in lobby have been taken away for so called replacement. It appears that builder muist not have made payment to plant person!!

Most of the times, 1 lift always fails or is swtiched off by the builder. C wing sliding door has malfunctioned & nothing is done for it for past 1+ months.

My experience with Mittal Builders is horrible. There is no after sales service, office people say nothing can be done as possession has been taken.

I will never recommend Mittal Builders, Pune name to anyone. He just prints fancy brochers, shows wrong sample flat while actual delivery is different. Sad and angry to see money going waste. My friend purchased flat at Sigma 1, Paud road. I dropped that & purchased here. Had I listened to him, I would have been happy.
I agree with the above, will never recommend anybody to buy flats from Mittal Builders.

I wanted to buy a flat at Sun Satellite by Mittal builders, Pune. As all 3 BHKs were sold out, I was told to buy in Sun Planet. When asked about road, builder said it will be done in 1 year. The site people showed me some trucks going on that road. So, I bought one flat at Sun Planet from Mittal.

I was shocked as later I found out that the trucks were not for making roads but were used to construct retaining wall for the river to avoid flooding in low lying areas of Vithalwadi and nearby areas and this had nothing to do with the road.

The builder also plans to add new 3-4 buildings in Sun Planet as he purchased some land adjoining to it. I bought here as the project was of only of 4 buildings and some 10 odd row houses. Now the same amenities will be shared by more 3-4 buildings which is very bad. The river view which I could have had is now lost as new building will come up in future. This is outright cheating by Mittal Builders, Pune as he did not inform about the new buildings at the time of booking.

Imagine 7-8 buildings of 11 floors and 10 row houses using the same amenities which was originally meant for 4 buildings and some row houses. The possession date for Sun Planet, Pune now stands October 2011 and this is also unconfirmed.

There is no approach road for Sun Planet and entry through Sun Satellite looks difficult. All the buyers at Sun Planet are fed up with Mittal Builders, Pune and given up hope about the project.

I bought flat at Sun Planet after seeing Sun Orbit but feel Sun Orbit is much better project than Sun Planet. Reading the posts of Sun Satellite residents above, I am now more tense. I will never ever recommend Mittal Builders to anybody.
I have experienced the same poor quality work from the builder. Even after 5 months of possession, I have not been allotted the parking slot.
I am another harassed buyer at sun satellite by mittal builders.
3 door locks have malfunctioned.

The gas pipe hole has been made directly in kitchen platform so whenever platform is washed, water falls in modular kitchen.

The slope of kitchen platform is towards gas stove rather than sink. This creates probs with water coming back in utensils kept on platform.

The entire bedroom has become wet, thanks to poor quality plastering. The paint has already peeled off & dark black colored spots are seen all over, including the dining & living area.

There is a big gap between window frame & the wall making which the rain water comes in. I have used M-seal for the time being, not sure for how long it will work.

And even my parking allotment has not yet been done, despite staying here for more than 4.5 months.

I think builder has lost the interest in the project & is completing just to show it to Planet buyers about how serious he is (about giving junk quality).
I agree with all the comments here. The residents of Sun Satellite had even sent letters which mentioned various problems being faced by the residents to the builder at his Soba tower office which was duly signed by the Sun Satellite residents. Two letters were sent on different occasions but the builder didn't even bother to reply back. One resident when called up the builder for some other purpose and then asked about what happened to letter, the builder got angry and annoyed and said he has no time for replying to these things.

This shows how insincere & least bothered the builder is about the buyers who purchase flats paying lacks to him (and collectively crores).

The builder has taken atleast couple of crores in maintenance from the buyers but is not maintaining the society well. There is only 1-2 watchman for entire project. The builder is cutting cost everywhere. I have not seen light in staircase in past 3 months which becomes dark in night with poor visibility.

Many issues are there and I am very fed up with them. Many follow ups don't yield result. I consider buying from this builder as one of the biggest mistakes in my life which I regret.

Never ever believe what the builder, Mittal says. You will be taken for a ride once you buy a flat/row house etc. from Mittal builders.
The comments above are correct and the problems are being faced by me too. But there are 2 things for which I appreciate the builder:-

a.) All the buildings are separate i.e. not connected to each other. This means all flats are 3 side open,

b.) The floor plans are indeed very good. These are one of the best floor plans which I have seen during my house hunt. We get plenty of natural light & air. Floor plan is tonnes better than Sun Orbit & Sun Planet.
The double level car parking is another plus point as all flats get covered car park, which is not the case in Sun Orbit or Sun Planet or several other projects in the area.

If the builder can use better quality materials, improves the workmanship, his projects will become much better.
After the rains which are taking place this week, my bedroom & dining areas have got severe seepages. Big bubbles have formed which bursts later and water falls down from it. The paint is already gone and dark spots are seen in all the rooms. I called a third party water-proffing agent and he told me that the work is extremely of cheap quality and the builder, Mittal has used cheap quality material for external plaster because of which water comes in.

We already had our issues of broken tiles, decolorisation of basins, tilted windows, malfunction of door locks (Made in China) and as if this was not enough the rain water has added to our woes and it is not even 4 months since we have taken the possession. My parking has still not been alloted despite making payment of 2 lacs at booking time.

My cousin was interested in this area but after seeing my flat, he canceled his intention of looking at Mittal for Sun Satellite and Sun Planet. And funny part was that even Sun Planet had seepages in the flat which my cousin saw. LoL. Water seepage in Sun Planet even when not a single flat possesion has been done. Hahaha. Shall I laugh or cry at this situation ?

There was an article in Sakal (Pratibimb) this week showing that the DP road connecting Vithalwadi to the highway is not even 25% complete and I showed this article to my cousin who was shocked as salesperson told him that the road will be done within couple of months which can be used by Sun Planet.

Beware of this Mittal builders, he will fool you by showing wrong sample flats, giving low quality and showing fake news about DP road.
i am a potential buyer at sun planet 4bhk thats coming up. i was about to close the deal when accidently i stumbled on this post..
and oh god, .. great i did when i did..

i knew his earlier constructions like sun city and empire had such issues.. but i thought it was mostly since the cost of these were the order of 6 to 15 lacs for a 2bhk then... so obviously he was going to cut corners on the quality..

but i was amazed that even sun satellite is in that state... :(

i really had loved his plan and had made arrangements with my budget to go for the flat in sun planet..
but these comments have put me off..

can anyone comment on the building quality in planet... please..
this is important.. as for all of you.. i would like to ensure that my hard earned money doesnt go down the drain...

please help guys...

Being a resident of satellite, what I can say is that Mittal builders is having free run in this area as there is no competition. His other projects like one in Balewadi isn't taking off well, thanks to better builders in balewadi. The loading has also increased which is applicable on terrace (terrace is charged 100%). Because of this, you end up paying for atleast 15-20% non-existent area when compared to older flats in planet. Cracks can be seen in existing buildings of planet, pls visit C, B wings. There are 4-5 people in satellite whose friedns/relative has bought in planet and informed that possession of C is hanging as road is absent. Visit the site alone once during day time, weekday probably and see for yourself. And the lack of basement parking for planet means lot of cars will be on internal road.

Secret Tip- There is a diary kept in community hall [doubles up as sales office :( ] in which satellite people register their complaints. If possible read it and decide for yourself. People have already burnt fingers by paying exorbitant prices and I would not like one more to suffer the same way people here did. 1.1 Cr or more amount is not a joke. Writing this so that you don't repent later.

Sun Planet Build by Mr Naresh Mittal have approach road from Air only. Flat owner have to by buy small helicopters to go their homes. PMC has given completion to Mittal without having approach road. Now PMC will give subsidy to buy air vehicles as the area surrounded by Sun Planet is owned by NCP local politicians who failed in recent PMC election hence they do not support PMC. Flat owners have invetsted more than 50-60 lacs from Bank loans however the possession got delayed by 2 years. After completion of Flat, Builder is not taking responsibility of appraoch road. PMC should not sanction such project in future unless the builder has to take ownus on him. This is India hence here no body bothers about consumer interest.
I totally agree with Bheem, same story repeated when i bought a flat at Mittal groups Sunhorizon appartment at Baner . We are also facing most of the problems you mentioned, in addition to that the builder had promised to provide round the clock drinking water but there is no sufficient water connection and we are offered hazardous packaged water containing green algae . when I reported detection of algae in drinking water, the builder answered" if you are not happy with packaged water we will stop the services."- Most sarcastic answer ever.

Its builders responsibility to provide basic necessities like drinking water and I am shocked with such a irresponsible attitude of mittal builder .

Beware of Mittal builder they are "oonchi dukan Feeka pakwaan."
Lot of information here, which is very true. Saying this as I own a flat in Sun Planet by Mittal builders/Mittal Group. We have taken possession of the flat but not have shifted here as yet as there is no road, no proper water.

We have been cheated by builder, Mittal by following ways :

* The DP road has not come up, only 30% work done and work is stuck. People say it will take another 7-8 years or even more seeing current pace. This was mentioned in Sakal newspaper few days back.

* The possession was delayed by more than 2 years.

* Builder added more buildings later without our knowledge, which has now led to very less open space. Parking areas are insufficient now because of new buildings.

* Sun Orbit was shown to as for sample flat but actually our flat is very cheap, poor quality and poor workmanship. The entrance lobby looks like Govt building entrance. No AC, no automatic sliding doors and even basic thing like place to sit like a wooden bench is not there. So cheap, whats the use of lobby ?

* Parking size is so small that it can fit only one small car, not even big car. You can't park small car and one bike/scooter together.

* The tiles are chinese, cheap quality. Already 5-6 tiles are broken in bathroom and can't find replacement as these tiles are out of stock and not available in market. In my neighbors flat there were grey colored tiles right between white colored ones in dining area. LoL. Is builder blind that he thinks grey and white both are same color ?

* EWC fitted on wall fell down out of sudden even when no one was there. When inspected, the tiles on which it was mounted had came off. Classic case of poor or almost no plastering.

* Switchboard in children bedroom came off.

* The lifts keep failing every now and then. Generator doesn't work properly or maybe builder tries to save money by not putting diesel in it.

* Security is non-existent, is very scary at night.

* A big way Mittal saved money was by reducing height of the ceiling. It is whopping 1-1.5 feet shorter than Sun Satellite. The door height is just over 6 feet. If you carry something on your back be sure it will hit the frame. My guitar just escaped from getting broke when I carried it here to play on my back in its bag.

* Light and ventilation is poor and it will even reduce further after the added new buildings get completed.

* I bought a flat with river view but now bang opposite my flat will stand the new building blocking the view completely.

* Mittal doesn't attend our calls, the local persons of Mittal are useless as they don't have authority. After sales service is non-existent and builder thinks he does a favor by handing you the flat for which you have made 100% payment.

* There is water seepage in several of our rooms, cracks in passages and even ceiling has water seepage which simply refuses to go away and this is happening when the flat above is unoccupied.

My wife is scared to stay in Sun Planet as there is no approach road, and after seeing this pathetic construction quality, I lost interest in Sun Planet. I even thought of selling this flat but local agent informed that already there are flats for sale for past few months with no buyers. Even flats are not going on rent even if owners are ready to reduce rents. The agent frankly said that selling a flat in Sun Planet is difficult as there is no road, poor construction quality and because of the name of builder - Mittal. Mittal = Cheap.

I wanted to shift in Sun Planet on my wife's birthday but this never happened and I curse myself for this. I agree with 'stupids friends' above, me too take an oath that I will never ever buy any property from Mittal builders as the builder, Naresh Mittal is big mouth liar.

It is my deepest request to you all never buy from Mittal builders (Naresh Mittal), else you too will curse yourself later.
