This is regarding the car finance taken from your Nasik office where I have faced severe problems and cant believe on your employees. I had given a file for finance in July to your executive Mr Swapnil and inspite of several follow ups there was no response from your end. The car was already hypoticated in name of your finance and there was no disbursement from your end. In Nov we were told that the rate of interest has been changed and you will get the cheque after Diwali immediately. Later after Diwali it was told that our finance company is closed and when asked for NOC there was no communication from your executive. Finally in Jan again the procedure started for loan by Swapnil and he told to pay Rs 10, 000 for procedure charges along with first EMI of 28th Jan. We made the payment in cash and he told that we will get the cheque within 4-5 days. Again there were continous follow up from our end and finally we received the cheque of Rs 75000/- on 12th Feb 09. It was committed by him that the EMI will be started after one month after getting the disbursement cheque. Later on we came to know that the date of EMI is 24th of every month and the Feb installment cheque is already been deposited by your company.
What is this going on from your end. When asked he told that the cheque was delayed from Mumbai office and we cant help you.
Now kindly tell where we are wrong?
If this is the way of treating and committments from your end, then I think it is very serious problem for you.
I hope you better understand and hope you will call back me for this matter.
If i dont get a call then I can hope that all the management is also in the same boat.

Myself Pankaj kumar (Emp code.1168) worked in mahindra finance as a branch manager since 2002 to 2009 at various location of bihar(Purnea, Patna, Sasaram) & jharkhand (Jamshedpur, Ranchi, Deaoghar).My journey at mmfsl was best in carrier and i got great support from my superiors.This company has also taken care about the employee emotion, family and all the things which required for a man in life.I never forget some good leaders who else are in mahindra finance (Mr Rajnish agrawal, Mr Deabashish Kar, Mr Prakash mishra, Mr.H.S.Kamath, Mr Shekhar burman) and some else who are not with mahindra finance(Mr Y.Rambabu, Mr.Devendra singh, Mr Rajesh mishra).
According to me mmfsl is the best place to have work as compare with other NBFC's.
