I am a sr. Citizen with limited source of income.
Created a FD thru mahindra finance on 3/3/25 folio no- LV000404.
Now mahindra finance has deleted all the digital footprint of the FD, I dont have access to the FD on their website or the app, even after numerous complaints to Mahindra finance have fallen on deaf ears.
They emailed and called on 14/04/26 that the issue is resolved,
But i still don't have access...

During the loan process, I was seriously misguided by the Mahindra Finance DRA representative, Mr. Vijay Gosavi (Hadapsar Branch – [protected]).

For Loan Account No.:[protected], the bank account number mentioned in the loan application at the time of sanction does not belong to me.

Hi sir I Rakesh SO Bahadur Singh.
I have taken care loan from mahindra finance with loan number 10316750.
Loan agreement date 26 sept 2024 .
First EMI was on 10 oct 2024 which paid by bank transfer digital mode as auto mandate was rejected.
In November month EMI paid (twice) by bank transfer and also deducted by local cheque presented by Mahindra finance team.
For which contacted nearby office where they suggest me to adjustment of extra paid EMI on behalf of EMI of December month for that I gave a Application to the Hindaun City branch which was forwarded to karauli branch office.

But in month of December they presented cheque to the bank which causes a penalty of Rs 590 because of insufficient funds in account.( That was because of fault of mahindra finance employees).
Regarding this I raised a complaint on toll free service of mahindra finance with service request number is CAS[protected]H5R0H1 .
But at the end no positive response given to me .
Further I contacted many time my relationship manager and mahindra finance branch but no one is responsible me positively.
Now I want my deducted money back as refund or waived off in my next EMI amount because it implied by fault of mahindra finance employees.
Also all penalties applied by Mahindra finance also must be waived off.
So please have a look on it and resolve it as soon as possible.

I wish to complain about my recent purchase Bajaj Maxima Cargo XL Financed through Mahindra Finance and registered with the name Mr Anil Kumar Burh and Mr. John Soy on 15th September 2023. I am complaining because the service provided by the finance agent dissatisfied me. When I contacted Mahindra Finance, Rourkela, Sundargarh and the concerned person Mr Ashok Mahakud Mob.[protected] he did not clear the context. If the vehicle on road price is Rs.3, 65531/- additional showroom discount Rs. 3, 62, 531/- out of which I made a down payment of Rs. 60, 000/- how come the loan amount became Rs.3, 20, 000/- and he charged Rs.12, 000/- as processing fees for each vehicle which was not mentioned earlier by the financer. Whereas the loan amount should be around Rs.3, 02, 531/- and the processing fees should be minimal. Due to such finance agent, it seems like companies are making fools to their customers. And I believe the response I got from Mr Ashok Mahakud was unfair and I would like a clear written explanation and an official receipt provided by the financer.
I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If I do not get any positive response then I will take a legal action against Mahindra Finance and to the Concern person as well.

Was cheated jointly by CH and DM and was forced to resign from the company.
Inspire of just being transferred to Jabalpur location for sx month only .
My appraisal of[protected] was planned in such a way that without discussing with me even given 4 rating by my superior.
Planned by CH in such a way that given 1 rating.
Being a performer throughout was intensively given rating of 1 and continuously tortured by CH to resign.
I have given appraisal rating to my subordinate with proper discussing with them and with proper format set by the company.

I was so much in depression after submitting my resignation that to forced to do so.

We have received a home loan with Ma hendra and we paid principal amount along with 50% interest for 2 years. Now we are requesting to close the account but Mahendra employees are very rude and too much pressure they are giving. As we are farmers, the installments may not be aware exactly and for that they are imposing huge interest rate along with penalties. Kindly take an action and provide the solution for next process.

Sir my car has been tried. Without giving information to me without giving letter while I am depositing installment every month. Still this vehicle Deepak Mr. Deepak Singh who belongs to Mahindra Finance. In Ranchi branch. When we request them, they say that they have mentally tortured me a lot . So sir inpressure we or my commit sucide. 8month ago my vech NL01AD1980 is accident. No part r available of mahindra vech on 17 jan 2023 my vech complete. In between deepak singh or promod singh approch me har month u pay emi when ever ur condition is not good. Continues we pay month to month emi paid. Even then my vech. is being held and tortured that you should pay. Sure people had said that you keep paying your EMI every month and your car will never be held. Sir actually I have taken loan on my car in 2013 on HR 30 M 3411 . I have completed my loan time to time in 2017 before the end date. After clearing my loan I go to mahindra finance office branch palwal to take my loan clearance certificate (NOC). I paid 1000 rs for that but they didn't give me and then corona comes and after corona when I go again they are asking for 1000 rs more to take noc. They are saying you didn't collect it on time. But I was always on time I was never they didn't give me please help me sir how much time I have to pay 1000rs to get my NOC.
