mobile accessories — PARCEL SENT FROM SAHAKAR NAGAR BANGALORE NOT DELIVERED TO VADODARA GUJARAT

Dear Superintend of Post / India Post Complaint redressal forum on Pracel Delivery,

I have sent a packet contianing 3 mobile accessories weighing approx 200gms to 300 gms (worth INR 1270/-) thru India Post Parcel Service on 31-Oct-2011 from India Post Sahakar Nagar Bangalore Branch (Pin Code 560092) to my supplier Address-Mr. Yogen N Ved #309/310, Galaxy Complex, Opp Sarabhai Chemicals, Wadi Vadi, Alkapuri, Vadodara-390007, GJ vide India Post Parcel Ref # RK[protected]IN.

As per info from the India Postal Service at Sahakar Nagar Bangalore, it takes max 4 to 5 working days to reach the destination Vadodara Gujarath.

Not sure despite repeated follow-ups with Yogen till yesterday 11-Nov-11, I understand from him that he has not yet recieved my parcel and he suspects this is due to on-going postal strike in Mumbai. When I enquired today at our local post office, they are not aware about any such postal strike in Mumbai / any part of India since last fortnight.

While this complaint is not to suspect the supplier at this stage, my request to India Postal service is investigate on this parcel and deliver to supplier or worst return me.
